Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation On The Formation Of Carotid Atherosclerosis In Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objecttive:The PurPose of this study is to avoid the current Prevention of carotid artery atherosclerotic Plaque formation of clinical common western medicine adverse reaction Process, to investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Method application in carotid artery atherosclerotic Plaque control of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the Process of formation, for the further research of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in carotid artery atherosclerotic Plaque Prevention and treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis tyPe to form the development train of thought and method of clinical treatment.Methods:In 2014 January to 2014 October in Affiliated HosPital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, western medicine for the diagnosis of carotid artery Plaque formation in Patients with 63 cases as the research object, according to the Principle of Parallel control criteria, divided into treatment grouP and control grouP; the control grouP was given western medicine treatment, the treatment grouP give western medicine treatment Plus Chinese medicine treatment, all the Patients were continuous observation. Efficacy:high sensitivity C reactive Protein, carotid artery intima-media thickness and carotid artery Plaque score, blood UPids, blood rheology, homocysteine levels, coagulation, TCM symPtoms and signs of integration. ComPared to the case of baseline data, the curative effect contrast analysis, the Possible adverse reactions were observed during the treatment, the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.The TCM symPtoms and signs of integration:after 1 months of treatment, the two grouPs could imProve the symPtoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine effect, can reduce the symPtom scores, no significant difference between the grouPs; 3,6 months after treatment, the treatment grouP than the control grouP, the two grouPs was statistically significant, meaningful comparison grouP; 3 months after the treatment grouP comPared with the differences, with statistical significance.2. High sensitivity CRP index:hyPersensitivity after 6 months of CRP treatment grouP, between grouP differences were significant.3.Biochemical indexes:after 3 months treatment, the treatment grouP in TC, HCY and LDL levels than the control grouP imProved significantly, with significant difference between the two grouPs within and between grouPs; 6 months of treatment in the two grouPs were no significance level of TG.4.Coagulation:1 months of treatment, PT, APTT in the treatment grouP than the control grouP imProved significantly, the difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant; after 1 months of treatment, there was statistically significant difference in PT, APTT grouP in the treatment grouP.5.The level of blood rheology:after 6 months of treatment, two grouPs in the HCT between the two grouPs had no significance; the treatment grouP after treatment for 1 months, in the grouP of.1 months of treatment the treatment grouP and the control grouP was statistically significant difference between grouP FIB and Plasma viscosity, the treatment grouP in March after the grouP comPared with the statistical significance.6. Carotid artery ultrasound index:3 months in the treatment grouP, two in the carotid artery intima-media thickness between the two grouPs; treatment grouP 3 months after treatment, the treatment grouP had significance. After 6 months of treatment the level of Plaque scores imProved significantly than the control grouP, comPared between the two grouPs, the treatment grouP, has the significance.7.Security analysis:the two grouPs before and after treatment there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:According to the observation of the clinical aPPlication, has sure curative effect in treatment of SuPPlementing Qi and activating blood circulation of qi deficiency and blood stasis of carotid atherosclerotic Plaque formation, in the traditional Chinese medicine symPtoms, high sensitive C reactive Protein, carotid artery intima-media thickness and carotid artery Plaque integral, cholesterol, low density liPoProtein cholesterol, homocysteine levels, coagulation, blood rheology imProved better than the control grouP; suPPlementing qi and activating blood circulation method suggested by the clinical observation results (Yiqi Huoxue Powder) could effectively inhibit the development and improvement of qi deficiency and blood stasis tyPe of Plaque of carotid atherosclerosis Plaque, reduce the adverse effects.
