Stone formation of biliary obstruction, but no obvious symptoms, but when calculous biliary obstruction caused by, can lead to obstructive jaundice. At present western medicine treatment with surgery is given priority to, but there are still a small number of patients due to various reasons, such as preoperative obstruction long time for the liver cell damage is serious, resulting in a decline in the postoperative jaundice last slow, even as a result of the surgery trauma causing bilirubin is higher than before. Studies have shown that in the event of obstructive jaundice, liver tissue secrete some inflammatory mediators such as interleukin 6 (IL-6), transfer of growth factor (TGF), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), etc. Lead to liver pathological change, at the same time, interference, suppress the immune mechanism, to reduce the immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice [3]. So, postoperative yellow back as soon as possible, is also very important. Traditional Chinese medicine is a beautiful treasure of the traditional culture of our country, along with the unceasing inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine combined surgery in treatment of bile duct obstructive jaundice also became more and more attention, related research also shows its curative effect. This study is to in the key of the liver qi, spleen wet as the therapeutic principles, applied the proposed wet Chai Ping soup further treatment in patients with bile duct obstructive jaundice postoperatively, patients in order to accelerate retreat yellow, promote liver function recovery and relieve postoperative inflammatory reaction. Objective:To observe the change type wet Chai Ping soup for Yang, huang Yin yellow bile duct obstructive jaundice patients with postoperative clinical curative effect, for clinical treatment of bile duct stones with jaundice patients postoperative provides a new way to accelerate healing. Methods:In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 month of 100 cases of bile duct obstructive jaundice patients as the research object, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine classification ZhongYang yellow card 60 cases, Yin yellow card 40 cases, patients randomly divided into treatment group 1 (Yang huang group 1, n=30), treatment group 2 (Yin yellow group 1, n=20) control group 1 (Yang huang group 2, n= 30) and control group 2 (Yin yellow group 2, n=20), and compare the four groups of patients with gender, age, symptoms, preoperative liver and kidney function, no significant difference (P>0.05). Four groups of patients were performed surgical treatment, on the third day after the surgery, the treatment group used the proposed wet Chai Ping soup, a dose of daily, even served 7. Statistics in patients with preoperative medication, medication after the fifth day, after the seventh day liver function index (TBIL, DBIL, ALT, AST), IL 6 and LPS. Compare clinical curative effect, four groups of patients before and after treatment the foregoing test results, the duration of all kinds of clinical symptoms were observed. Results:Treatment group total effectiveness 93.3%,1 compared with control group 1 to 73.3% of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group total effective rate was higher than the treatment group 1,2, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). Treatment group 1,2 patients in treatment group after treatment of clinical symptoms and test index is superior to control group 1 and group 2 (P<0.05). At the same time, the treatment group 1 above index is better than that of the treatment group after treatment 2, but no significant difference (P>0.05). Efficiently according to the patient’s clinical symptoms and inspection index assessment, specific see article. Conclusion:Wet Chai Ping soup from the joint surgery, can relieve biliary obstruction, and can prevent liver cell damage, have the effect of protecting liver, bravery, yellow back, can effectively reduce the LPS and IL-6, and alleviate the inflammation of bile duct stones in patients with obstructive jaundice, liver function recovery, reduce the complications have definite effect on the patients, especially for Yang yellow best type patients.
