ObjectiveThe clinical study on the changes of liver function after laparoscopic T-tube drainage with biliary calculi obstruction as the cause of biliary calculi obstruction by Danshen injection, and clarifying the liver of jaundice after laparoscopic T-tube drainage with Danshen injection as the cause of biliary calculi obstruction The impact of functional changes.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,43 cases of obstructive jaundice due to bile duct stones were collected from September 20 to March 2019 in March 2018.The application of Danshen injection was divided into 25 cases in the control group and 18 cases in the experimental group. Both the experimental group and the control group received anti-infective treatment before operation, and the laparoscopic common bile duct incision was accompanied by T-tube drainage+cholecystectomy. The biliary obstruction was relieved by surgical means, and the two groups were treated with anti-infection and nutrition treatment. In the experimental group,Danshen injection was intravenously administered immediately after surgery, and liver function indexes were measured on the first and third days after surgery:total bilirubin(DBIL),prothrombin time(PT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB).The differences in gender, age,Child function classification, and duration of obstruction were compared between the two groups. The changes of TBIL,AST,ALT,ALB,PT and other indicators before and after operation were compared between the two groups.ResultsAlthough the postoperative indexes showed a downward trend, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group from the statistical comparison of liver function and coagulation function on the first and third day after operation. It can not be concluded that Danshen injection accelerates the recovery of liver function after obstructive jaundice.ConclusionAlthough the combination of surgery to remove the stone obstruction, but the clinical study did not suggest that Danshen injection to accelerate the recovery of liver function after obstructive jaundice, pending clinical improvement. |
