Long Gan Anti-inflammatory Cream For Clinical Study Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Analgesia

Objectives: 1. By comparing the long Gan anti-inflammatory creams and mayinglong musk hemorrhoid cream for mixed hemorrhoid postoperative analgesic effect, objective evaluation of long clinical effect of Gan anti-inflammatory cream. 2. Xinjiang anorectal clinical practice, scientific research with high efficiency, and low price, suitable for Xinjiang regional characteristics of postoperative analgesia of hemorrhoids ointment for external use of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: meet the inclusion criteria of this study of 114 cases of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, group 58 patients with long Gan anti-inflammatory cream, 56 patients in a control group using musk hemorrhoids ointment. Both creams by randomized, double-blind principle during dressing changes after surgery were spread evenly over the wound bed. Both groups were an established time: 12 hours after operation and postoperative 1th, 2, 3, 4, 5 days(daily in the rear) for pain to evaluate and record the corresponding scores. Guaranteed in all patients in gender, age, duration of and on pain perception difference, surgical wounds, mental conditions and so little difference, with comparable. Inclusion criteria of 114 cases of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients are Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University June 2014 to November 2014 hospitalized patients treated by surgery. Constitute 60 males and 54 females, aged 19-55 years, combined anesthesia are spinal and epidural anaesthesia, patients in the experimental group and the control group after the first day, after removing the fixing tape and anal stuffing dressing, separately long Gan anti-inflammatory creams, musk hemorrhoids ointment rubbed wound. Results: all patients in the spinal anesthesia for surgery, anesthesia effect did not wear off after 3 hours, no difference in pain scores between the two groups. 1th postoperative day to 3rd postoperative day dressing 0.5 hours after two groups of defecation pain changhai pain scores were significantly different, indicating Long Gan anti-inflammatory cream postoperative analgesic effect than mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment. Of 4th day after 0.5 hours of dressing changhai pain pain scores between the two groups showed no significant difference, indicating long Gan anti-inflammatory creams with mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment to the wound of no significant difference in pain relief. After 1 day after the first bowel movement after surgery, group 6 invalid cases, median pain scores 2; 13 patients in the control group is not valid median pain scores 4. Prove this to mitigate the effectiveness of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain, and for further improving clinical practice, scientific research has laid a certain Foundation.
