Long Gan Anti-inflammatory Cream For Clinical Study Of Abscess Of Anus Disease Postoperative Analgesia

Objective:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory cream on Long Gan Abscess of anusdiseases relieve pain and promote healing after surgery.Methods: This study observed 60 cases of anorectal disease postoperative patients were traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from2014 March to 2014 December hospitalized patients treated by operation in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The male 32 cases, female 28 cases, aged 18- 60 years old,according to the order of admission in patients with randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group with LGA in 30 cases, the control group of 30 cases with Mayinglong MHO, two groups in gender, age, Course of disease, of pain tolerance, operation wound size, spirit status showed little difference, comparable. Operation mode of anesthesia forCSE, postoperative were treated with methylene blue 2ml+0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 8ml with liquid perianal subcutaneous closed in order to achieve the long-term pain after operation. Patients in the treatment group from the first day after the operation,to the fixed tape and anal tampon to LGA wound, the control group with MHO, after first days and second days, third days, fifth days, seventh days and 0.5 hours after treatment respectively on dressing(about 17:00) for pain assessment, and record the corresponding distribution.Results: 1. clinical studies have shown that long Gan anti-inflammatory cream treatment during the first 3 days of patient pain scores were higher than musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment effect. 2. Prove this to mitigate the effectiveness of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain, and for further improving clinical practice,scientific research has laid a certain Foundation.
