China is a big country with about one billion rural agricultural population which has an important significance in the develop-speed of rural develop-speed of the whole country.In the early days of the state, in order to ensure the development of city and industry, the country put a lot of resources to the city, proofreading, the economic development of rural area is really slow.With the development of reform and opening-up and the development of economic,the demand for medical services of rural residents has a great contradiction with the low level of medical supplies and the rising cost of health care.It has already become an important factor restrict the development of rural areas in China.In order to solve the problem,the government chose 13 provinces include Jiangxi,Xinjiang,Jiangsu,Hubei,Henan and etc to be the first of pilots.This paper is mainly in the impact of new rural co-operative medical system and the influence factors of Hubei province and Jiangsu Province.According to the statistical data,analyzed the problem which has appeared during the process of new rural co-operative medical system.And learn from the successful experience of foreign countries in health care in rural areas and raised specific policy suggestion of the weak point in new rural co-operative medical system.In order to make a contribution on the development of new rural co-operative medical system.
