Clinical practice link up theoretical knowledge with clinical actual operation, it is an important stage of clinical nursing students. Clinical practice environment include everything in the process of practice, such as interpersonal communication, working environment, team culture, practice opportunities etc. These various factors affect clinical practice students’ satisfaction, and then have an effect on clinical nursing practice.Objective:The research purpose: acquaint situation of clinical nursing students’ satisfaction to clinical practice environments; identify problem which the nursing students facing during clinical practice; provide reference on formulating more effective teaching strategies for nursing managers and nursing educators.Methods:Convenient sampling method is used in this research. There are 208 clinical nursing students selected as interviewee from one hospital in Changchun, they are questioned for the satisfaction of clinical practice. The questionnaire is consisted of two parts: the participant general information questionnaire and the nursing clinical learning environment scale. Then analyze the existing problems the nursing students were facing during clinical practice. Set up a database by Excel 2003 and make a descriptive analysis using SPSS 17.0. Count data was described by frequency, rate and constituent ratio in form. The each dimension scores of the Nursing Clinical Learning Environment Scale were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. Scores between each group was analyzed by two independent samples t-test and analysis of variance. Inspection level alpha was 0.05.Results:1.According to the results of questionnaire of clinical practice environment satisfaction, various factors ranking descended as relationships, working environment and team spirit, internships task orientation, student participation, innovation and personalized. Among these factors, the clinical nursing students satisfy with the relationships, work environment and team spirit, internship task orientation, and then the student participation, innovation and individuation take the second place.2. According to the result of satisfaction of different education background student, undergraduate nursing students had lower satisfaction scores than junior college nursing students in innovation and individuation dimension, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3. According to the result of satisfaction of different learning stage student, the nursing students had lower scores during middle-stage of clinical practice in relationships. In student involvement dimension, the score was lower during middle-stage of clinical practice than that during early-stage of clinical practice and terminal stage of clinical practice. In individualization dimension, the score was lower during terminal stage of clinical practice than that during early-stage of clinical practice and middle-stage of clinical practice, both having a significant difference(P<0.05) in interpersonal relationship dimension.4. According to the result of satisfaction of different department student, the score of nursing students in the emergency department was/is lower than that of nursing students in the medical department and surgical department, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).5. According to the result of satisfaction of different educated student, the score of nursing students educated by the supervisor nurses is higher than that of nursing students educated by the senior nurses and nurses, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).6. According to the result of satisfaction of different educated mode student, the score of nursing students educated by a fixed teacher is higher than that of nursing students educated by different teachers, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. For the clinical learning environment, the clinical nursing students satisfy with the relationships, work environment and team spirit, internship task orientation, and then the student participation, innovation and individuation take the second place.2. Innovation and personalized satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students is lower than junior college students, it shown that the former need more desirable in certain autonomy and innovative teaching methods in clinical practice.3. The students in middle-stage of clinical practice nursing are more concerned about interpersonal relationships, and eager to having more practice opportunities; the students in terminal stage of clinical practice are hoping more autonomy and freedom.4. Emergency Department nursing students having fewer opportunities, they have lower satisfaction in participation compared to other departments; surgical nursing students have higher satisfaction and more opportunities to practice.5. The scores of the nursing students educated by the supervisor nurses participation were higher than the nursing students with the charge of guide nurses, nurse-directed nursing students, indicating that the charge nurse give more hands-on opportunities to nursing students.6. The scores of the nursing students taught by fixed instructor are greater than the nursing students without fixed taught teacher, indicating the nursing students with fixed guide are more conducive to building trust and strong relationships.
