Objective:To evaluate the therapy effects of two different surgical approaches to varicoceletomy by comparing operation time, postoperative hospital stay and complications, recurrence and semen quality, which divided into retroperitoneal traditional high ligation of spermatic veins group, and microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy group.Method:Collected 116 cases 2013.1-2014.12 general hospital Ningxia Medical University Department of Urology for varicocele operation patients.According to the different operation mode for the microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy(54 cases of Group â… )and the traditional high ligation of spermatic veins(62 cases of Group â…¡).To compare operation time, hospital stay and complications, recurrence and semen quality. Results : Group I operation time is longer than the Group II, postoperative hospitalization time less than Group II, with significant difference Comparison of postoperative complications and recurrence rate,Group I, complications and recurrence rate were lower than those of group II,Statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),improving semen quality in preoperation two groups after operation,I group of semen quality improvement rate was 59.25%,Group II semen quality improvement rate was 40.32%,Statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgery is obviously better than traditional high ligation of spermatic veins in preventing postoperative recurrence and improving semen quality. With the advantages of less trauma, less complications and low recurrence rate s, microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy is worth using in clinical promotion. |
