Objective:Observation of Neonatal Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy HIE) in children with serum alpha HIF-1 (Hypoxia inducible factor alpha 1 alpha HIF-1) and Neonatal behavior neurological score (Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment NBNA) changes and its correlation,to explore its clinical significance.Methods:The 50 cases of children with HIE enzyme standard instrument testing (including 20 patients with mild, moderate,20 patients with severe 10 cases were acute stage and recovery of serum HIF-1 alpha value, and carries on the NBNA score, select 20 healthy infants as control.Results:1. Acute HIE mild, moderate and severe group, control group serum alpha HIF-1 comparative differences between groups in terms of value and the NBNA scores were statistically significant (P< 0.05); Among which HIF-1 alpha rise and severe NBNA decreased more significantly (P< 0.001).2. Recovery HIE moderate group and severe group, control group serum alpha and NBNA HIF-1 comparative differences are statistically significant (P< 0.05), mild group there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group (P> 0.05).3. Children with HIE acute stage, recovery time and the control group of serum alpha HIF-1 level and NBNA score comparison difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05).4. The acute phase and convalescence serum HIF-1 alpha and NBNA scores were negatively correlated.Conclusion:Serum HIF-1 alpha and NBNA score is closely related to the clinical index of HIE, clinical degree is heavier, the higher serum HIF-1 alpha, NBNA score is lower, as the illness recovery, serum HIF-1 alpha value gradually decline, NBNA score increased, serum alpha HIF-1 joint NBNA scores of the judgment and prognosis of neonatal HIE illness severity evaluation has certain help. |
