| Goal:By using the statistic software and data mining approach to manage and analysis the literature which related to senile dementia disease,to summarize the regularly knowledge from clinical treatments from renal diagnosis and select the prescription,for providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the senile dementia disease.Method:Collected the senile dementia disease articles that meet the inclusion criteria gather from CNKI taken between 1980 and 2013,establishing a database use the Excel software and the SPSS software on the platform of XP,the data were analyzed by the method of frequency analysis, factor analysis and association rules analysis using SPSS17.0 software and Clementine12.0 software respectively.Results: 1 The results of frequency analysis show that the tonic medicines are in the first place of all the drugs in using the treatment of senile dementia disease,the second is the drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.The majority of the drug’s channel tropism are kidney,and the highest proportion of the pattern of syndromes is kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. 2 The 6 factors which from the results of factor analysis represent the different pathogenesis,that are kidney deficiency and phlegmã€deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yinã€deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yangã€deficiency of kidney and blood stasisã€hyperactivity of liver-yangã€phlegm resistance. 3 Association rules analysis shows that 13 pairs of two drugs combined with strong association,68 pairs of three drugs combined with strong association,119 pairs of fourdrugs combined with strong association,54 pairs of five drugs combined with strong association. 4 Association rules analysis shows that the result of the senile dementia diseases’ organs location is in the kidney,and two types of senile dementia diseases are most relevant to kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. 5 The results of using association rules method to analysis of the relationship between the high frequency medicine and TCM Syndrome Types.The drug combinations has strong relationship with which kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has 9 pairsã€kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has 4 pairsã€liver-yin and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome has 5 pairsã€deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang syndrome has 8 pairsã€essence deficiency of kidney syndrome has 9 pairsã€Sui Hai deficiency syndrome has 5 pairs. 6 Association rules analysis between two medicines and pattern of syndrome results that more powerful combination of drugs that is associated with kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are 12 groups,with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are 4 groups,with liver-yin and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome are 17 groups,with deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang syndrome are 11 groups,with essence deficiency of kidney syndrome are 12 groups,with Sui Hai deficiency syndrome are 15 groups. 7 Association rules analysis between three drugs and type of syndrome results that the pair has a strong association with kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is 19;a strong correlation with liver-yin and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome is 21;the drug combinations with deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang syndrome has a strong 17 groups;15 pairs associated with essence deficiency of kidney syndrome strongly;more powerful combinations of drugs that is associated with Sui Hai deficiency syndrome are 14 groups. 8 The results of association rules analysis between four combination drugs and TCM syndromes are that kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has 4 pairsã€liver-yin and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome has 9 pairsã€deficiency of spleen-yangand kidney-yang syndrome has 19 pairsã€essence deficiency of kidney syndrome has 8 pairsã€Sui Hai deficiency syndrome has 5 pairs. 9 The analysis between five drugs and Chinese medicinal syndromes by using association rules is that kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome has 2 pairsã€liver-yin and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome has 2 pairs 〠deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang syndrome has 7 pairsã€essence deficiency of kidney syndrome has 2 pairsã€Sui Hai deficiency syndrome has 1 pairs.Conclusions: 1 The outcome of high-frequency drugs by frequency analysis is that the kidney essence deficiency is the main syndrome of senile dementia disease’s pathogenesis and secondary syndromes are the phlegm and blood stasis,so tonifying kidney is the main treatment,and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation,activating blood and removing stasis are auxiliary methods. 2 The outcome of frequency analysis is that the high-frequency drugs’ channel tropism are kidney in treating the disease,and the drugs’ properties is warm,and the taste is sweet,and kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is on the first place. The above conclusions meet the pathogenesis that kidney deficiency is main method, phlegm and blood stasis is minor one.It will have the important instruction function to treat the disease from the kidney in clinical medicine theory. 3 6 groups of drugs we can obtain through factor analysis,they are Rehmannia Drink except Jujube,Liuwei Dihuang Wan categorized formula,Huanshao Dan categorized formula,Tianma Gouteng drink categorized formula,Buyang Huanwu decoction categorized formula and drugs which have the effect of tonifying deficiency and phlegm.The outcome display that tonifying both yin and Yang is main treatment,and according to the different pathogenesis,drugs with resuscitation,calming the liver, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm are supplemented. 4 The consequence of the method of association rule between western medicine disease type and location of the disease of viscera,between western medicine and TCM syndrome type,between drug and drug,between TCM medicine and TCM Syndrome types is that allof the strong association combination of the medicine are related to kidney,suggesting that kidney deficiency is the pathological basis of the disease,which provides a theoretical basis for curing from kidney theory in clinical treatment. |
