| Objective:This topic mainly observe the clinical curative effect of ancestral prescription " Yi Huang ointment" treatment of the lung by wind heat type acne.Methods:In this study, using randomized controlled method, the Nanjing Xuanwu Hospital of Dermatology patients from January to December 2014 in line with the lung Hyperactivity type of 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 35 cases & control group 35 case. For treatment group, external application with Yi huang ointment; for control group, external application with Clindamycin phosphate ester gel, and treatment for 8 weeks. Respectively on two groups of 4 and 8 weeks after the curative effect of the comparison, at the same time observing two groups of 4 and 8 weeks after the change of TCM syndrome integral points.Results:1. After 4 weeks treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 88.6%, the control group was 68.6%; After 8 weeks treatment, Treatment group total effective rate was 94.3%, control group total effective rate was 77.1%. There is significant difference total effective rate between treatment group and control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment. (P<0.05)2. The treatment group and the control group at each time point (4 and 8 weeks) had no statistic difference of symptom score. (P>0.05)Conclusion:1. Yi huang ointment could treatment of lung wind heat type of acne, and curative effect better than Clindamycin phospholipid gel。2.
