Clinical Research On Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis Combine With CC For Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Anovulatory Ininfertility

Objective:Observation of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with CC ovulation obstructive infertility treatment the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, by preliminary discussion the method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility, and the clinical symptoms improved, sex hormone(FSH, E2, FSH/LH, and PRL,T), the basal body temperature (BBT), cervical mucus score on the oviposit period, endometrial thickness, number of mature follicle oviposit period, cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, the rate of aborting. According to the intervention of the results, and preliminary exploration of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis preliminary mechanism of Chinese medicine, for the clinical application of Chinese medicine treatment for the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ovulation obstructive infertility.Methods:This study collected between March 2013 and March 2015 for infertility in nanjing hospital of TCM outpatient and ward of department of gynaecology and information complete, ovulation obstructive infertility diagnosed, TCM syndrome in 40 cases of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients.All of them were aged between 21 and 40 cases of married women.According to the time sequence to the patient, take a completely randomized into two groups, treatment group 20 cases, control group 20 cases.Treatment group given kidney blood method combined with CC, the control group given CC treatment.Compared the two groups before and after the treatment the patient’s clinical symptoms improvement, and statistical analysis.Results:Overall curative effect evaluation analysis, the comparison between the two group patients group with significant difference (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than control group;In TCM syndrome score, BBT improved, dominant follicle diameter, endometrial thickness, etc., the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group (P< 0.05);In terms of sex hormones, two groups of patients on FSH, LH and FSH/LH was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05);On the E2, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05);In the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and the rate of aborting,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with CC can effectively improve ovulation obstructive infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ovulation rate, curative effect, the effect is remarkable.(2) the method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with CC can improve the other clinical symptoms for ovulation obstructive infertility patients, and also can play a role in adjusting the endocrine disorders.(3) The method of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with CC can effectively reduce the the rate of aborting after ovulation obstructive infertility patients embryonic pregnancy. And the method can reduce the adverse reaction effectively.
