Clinical Research On Acupoint Application Of Chinese Medicine In Adjuvant Treatment Of Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine adjunctive therapy of patients with heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods:76 cases of hospitalized cases of standard heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (38 cases each). The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine. In addition to accept the routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group received Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine. After 12 weeks trial, We compare the changes of NYHA cardiac functional grading, the 6 minute walk test, echocardiogram results (LVIDd, LVIDs, LVEF), the plasma B-type natriuretic peptide, TCM syndrome score and the Minnesota heart failure scale score. Based on this, we evaluated the efficacy of adjuvant treatment by acupoint compress. We evaluate the safety auxiliary treatment by acupoint compress by observing the change of baseline information and liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the patients of two groups.Results:Before treatment the differences between two groups of patients of distribution of sex and age, course of disease, primary disease, NYHA cardiac functional grading, the 6 minute walk test, the levels of plasma BNP, cardiac index, color Doppler ultrasound of TCM Syndromes of heart failure symptoms integral, questionnaire score of heart failure life quality showed no significance (P>0.05).After the treatment, two groups in the NYHA cardiac functional grading,6 minutes walking distance, the decreasing of the plasma BNP level, the decreasing of LVIDs, The increasing of LVEF, TCM Syndromes of heart failure symptoms integral.and the score of the life quality of heart failure were improved (P<0.05). And the treatment group was better than control group in the improving level (P>0.05)Before and after the treatment, there was no significant difference in LVIDd,both in the two groups. Two groups of LVIDd contrast there were no significant differences (P>0.05),after the treatment.The two groups of patients before and after treatment of electrolytes and liver and kidney function is no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Chinese medicine auxiliary treatment of heart kidney yang deficiency of chronic heart failure, can improve symptoms and signs in patients with heart failure in the short term, and improve the life quality of patients, the treatment effect is more significant than the routine treatment of Western Medicine. Effect of the improvement of the long-term indicators such as ventricular remodeling of heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome in patients with chronic heart failure are not clear. Traditional Chinese medicine post deposited auxiliary treatment of kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure heart is no serious adverse reaction and high security.
