TCM Syndrome Differentiation And The Relationship With Chinese Constitution Classification Of Colorectal Adenomatous Polyps

Objective:Objective:With the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a guide, made TCM Syndrome Differentiation Type and TCM Constitution Classification for patients with Colorectal Adenomatous Polyp, analyzed related clinical features, obtained TCM Syndrome Differentiation Type of Colorectal Adenomatous Polyp, and studied the correlation between TCM Constitution Classification and Differentiation Type to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal adenomatous polyps using Chinese medicine.Methods:We collected the general data of 197 cases of adenomatous polyp patients received and cured by the endoscopy center of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province during March to December in 2014, then selected the completed data of 150 patients, established the database; Made statistical analysis using the statistical software of SPSS 18.0, mainly focused on the study of the correlation between TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Chinese Constitution Classification.Results:According to the findings of this study, among the 150 patients, there are 28 patients with liver depression qi stagnation syndrome; 35 patients with intestinal damp heat syndrome (23.33%); 53 patients with spleen deficiency phlegm-wet storm syndrome (35.33%);25 patients with blood stasis syndrome (16.67%);9 patients with blood and intestinal dryness syndrome (6%).In the aspect of constitution classification, qi asthenia constitution and qi asthenia tendency) yang asthenia constitution and yang asthenia tendency>phlegm-dampness asthenia and phlegm-dampness asthenia tendency>damp heat asthenia and damp heat tendency)yin asthenia constitution and yin asthenia tendency>qi stagnation constitution and qi stagnation tendency) blood stasis constitution and blood stasis tendency) yin-yang harmony constitution and basic yin-yang harmony constitution) allergic constitution and allergic tendency. Syndrome type has some relevance with TCM constitution. In this study, the intestinal damp heat syndrome is closely related to phlegm dampness and damp heat, spleen asthenia damp syndrome is closely related to Yang asthenia and qi asthenia, liver depression qi stagnation constitution is closely related to qi depression constitution, blood stasis syndrome is closely related to blood stasis constitution, blood asthenia intestinal dryness syndrome is closely related to yin asthenia constitution.Conclusion:Combined with the research results and base on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, TCM syndrome type of colorectal adenomatous polyps can be divided into liver depression qi stagnation, intestinal damp heat,spleen asthenia phlegm-wet storm, blood stasis syndrome, blood asthenia intestinal dryness syndrome. The basic pathogenesis of this disease is liver, spleen, damaged intestines, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm dampness, gastrointestinal. There are differences in the distribution of the disease between different TCM constitution classification, among which yang asthenia constitution, qi asthenia constitution, phlegm dampness constitution and damp heat constitution are the important factors leading to the occurrence of the disease. Further analyzed the relationship between TCM syndrome type and TCM constitution, we found the intestinal damp heat syndrome is closely related to phlegm dampness and damp heat, spleen asthenia damp syndrome is closely related to Yang asthenia and qi asthenia, liver depression qi stagnation constitution is closely related to qi depression constitution, blood stasis syndrome is closely related to blood stasis constitution, blood asthenia intestinal dryness syndrome is closely related to yin asthenia constitution.
