| Objective Comprehensive study of TCM external therapy in combination with 1540 nm laser to treat moderately severe acne.Methods 60 patients of â…¡-â…£ acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 32) and the control group(n = 28).Treatment group used fire needle, homemade coptis chinensis cream for external use only, 1540 nm laser dotmatrix(hereinafter generally referred to as the integrated external treatment) and control group were treated by oral doxycycline and topical Ada palin gel, both groups 2 weeks visit, continuous treatment of 8 weeks.The time of the target erythra subsided after the treatment, the patients, treatment of 4 weeks, 8 weeks of primary erythra and no secondary erythra subsided and to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results â‘ Baseline situation: general data of two groups of patients with age, course of disease, gender, erythra severity and the score of primary erythra and secondary erythra before treatment were compared with the statistical analysis had no significant difference(P > 0.05).â‘¡Before and after treatment: the two groups before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the primary erythra of the integral, and secondary erythra of the integral indicators have different levels of decline. By contrast were statistically significant(P < 0.05), indicating that two methods in the treatment of acne has curative effect.â‘¢The difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of different treatment time was compared:The results showed that the difference of the score of the primary erythra with the two groups after 4 weeks was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the combined treatment group was better than the control group. The difference of the score of secondary erythra with the two groups was no statistical significance(P > 0.05), two groups of erythra subsided a considerable level; After 8 weeks treatment of primary erythra, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The difference of the score of secondary erythra with the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and combined treatment group was better than the control group; target erythra subsiding, two groups of erythra subsided time mean was statistically significant(P < 0.05), combined treatment group was better than the control group. â‘£ After the end of treatment, about primary erythra,the treatment group cured in 4 cases, 27 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 case, invalid 0 cases, effective was 96.88%; control group healed in 1 cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, 11 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the effective 53.57%. Two groups have efficiency comparing the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). about secondary erythra:the treatment group cured in 2 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 14 case, invalid 8 cases, effective was 31.25%; control group healed in 0 cases, markedly effective in 0 cases, 7 cases were effective, 20 cases ineffective, the effective 0. Two groups have efficiency comparing the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion â‘ The treatment of acne by combined treatment of TCM and 1540 nm laser can improve the primary erythra and secondary erythra, and has a synergistic effect, which is better than the traditional western medicine treatment, and has no side effect and good compliance.â‘¡The combined treatment group target erythra subsided for a short time, recommended combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of acne early clinical curative effect is better than that of clinical drug treatment group. â‘¢The combined treatment group has improved the secondary erythra of acne, and the combination therapy is another choice for the patients with moderate or severe acne who are not suitable for drug treatment. Play the leading role of external governance in order to reduce adverse reactions and secondary erythra of oral medication. |
