Clinical Observation Of 810nm Semiconductor Laser Combined With Chinese Herbal Mask In Treatment Of Nasal Blackhead Acne (Lung Wind-heat Syndrome)

Objective: The clinical effect of 810 nm semiconductor laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask on nasal blackhead acne was observed by comparing with chemical skin treatment.Methods: Sixty patients with nasal blackhead acne were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases each,i.e.,treatment group(30 cases).The nose was irradiated with 810 nm semiconductor laser,and the acne powder was applied with traditional Chinese medicine mask in the middle of two laser treatments.Control group(30 cases)– the nose was treated with fruit acid rejuvenation.After 0,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,macro photos were taken of nasal lesions in the treatment group and the control group using a CANONEOS70 D single-lens reflection camera,and the three-spectrum magic mirror was used to measure and analyze the skin pore and roughness,and compare the number of nasal blackhead acne,pore size score and roughness changes before and after treatment.After 4 treatments,the overall efficacy was evaluated based on treatment satisfaction,life quality index changes and complications.Results: After 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of blackhead acne and enlarged pores were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total improvement of skin lesions in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in skin roughness between the treatment group and the control group under the three-spectrum magic mirror(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of both groups were significantly improved,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 56.67%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),the apparent rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,and that of the control group was 38.10%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The changes of patient satisfaction and quality of life improvement index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of adverse reaction in the control group,and the rate of adverse reaction was higher than that in the treatment group.Conclusion: 810 nm semiconductor laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask has a good effect on the treatment of nasal blackhead acne,which can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal blackhead acne and improve the enlarged pores to a certain extent.It is safe and feasible,without obvious side effects,and has clinical application value.
