A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Acne With Theoretical Self-simulated Chinese Medicine Mask In The "Identification Of Warm Diseases"

Objective:The theory of combining cold and temperature in "Identification of Warm Diseases" was studied,and the clinical efficacy and safety of self-simulated cold temperature combined with Chinese medicine mask for the treatment of moderate to severe acne were observed,which provided new ideas,methods and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of acne.Methods:Through the study of "The Differentiation of Warm Disease",we analyse the cold temperature and use of prescriptions in the book,and discuss the role and theory of cold and temperature combination,and based on this theory,we will formulate a traditional Chinese medicine mask to treat acne and apply it in clinical practice.In the clinical study,60 acne patients were randomly divided into30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group according to the order of presentation,the treatment group was given self-simulated Chinese medicine mask,and the control group was given adapalene gel.How to use: Apply externally once a day at night,mix the Chinese medicine mask with warm water,and apply it for 15-20 minutes to wash;Adapalene gel is applied evenly to the affected area.During the treatment,patients should ensure good diet,work and rest,and good mood,keep the skin lesions clean,and avoid squeezing the skin lesions with their bare hands.Observe the skin lesions before and after treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,6weeks,and 8 weeks,as well as adverse reactions during treatment,make relevant records,take photos and save them,and fill in the point form.Results:1.The combination of cold and temperature prescription drugs in "Identification of Warm Diseases" has the functions of removing sexual storage,promoting evil penetrating surfaces,lifting gas,clearing heat and removing dampness.The main pathogenesis of acne is wind,cold,humidity,heat,phlegm,stasis and other evil qi on the muscle surface,which is a mixture of cold and heat,and the use of cold and temperature and theory can guide the dialectical treatment of acne.2.Clinical research results show that the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment group is better than the western medicine control group in terms of total efficacy,pre-and post-treatment skin loss points,intra-group cycle score,symptom recurrence and adverse reactions.(1)Total curative effect: 5 people recovered from the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment group,12 people with effect,12 people with effect,1 person with effect,with a total efficiency of 96.7%;1person recovered from the control group,5 people with effect,13 people with effect,11 people with effect,with an efficiency of 63.3%.Compared with P<0.05 in the two groups,there were obvious statistical differences in the overall efficacy of the two groups,and the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment group was better than that of the adaparin control group.(2)Average lesion score before and after treatment: before treatment,the skin lesion score of the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment group was 42.46±8.532,the score of adapalene control group was42.61±6.429;after 8 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion score of the treatment group was 14.74±5.908,and the score of the control group was21.71±7.489.Comparison of the average skin damage points of the two groups before and after treatment,P>0.05 before treatment,indicating that there is no statistical difference between the first two groups of treatment,and it is comparable;P<0.05 after 8 weeks of treatment,indicating that the efficacy of the two groups is significantly different after treatment,and the average skin damage points after treatment is significantly better than that of the Control group.(3)In-group cycle score: With the extension of the treatment cycle,the total score of skin lesions in the two groups showed a downward trend,and the degree of decline was in the treatment group > control group,indicating that the reduction effect of skin lesions in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Symptom recurrence: One month after the end of treatment,the recovered and effective patients in the two groups were treated for face-to-face consultation or We Chat follow-up,a total of 17 people in the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment group,of which 2 relapsed,the recurrence rate was 11.76%,and the western medicine control group was 6 people,3 people recurred,and the recurrence rate was 66.7%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically different by Chi-square detection P<0.05,and it can be seen from the proportion of relapsed patients that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(5)Adverse reactions: There were no severe adverse reactions in both groups,and only 5 people had mild adverse reactions,showing dry skin and desquamation.Among them,3 people in the treatment group and 2 people in the control group were tested P>0.05 by card method.There was no statistical difference,that is,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was unparallelled.After using the traditional Chinese medicine mask or adaparin,the patient should use Winona biofilm for moisturising and repair,and the symptoms will improve.Conclusion:1.The combination of cold and temperature in "Warm Disease Strip Discrimination" can effectively guide the dialectical formula of acne treatment.2.The traditional Chinese medicine mask has achieved good results in the treatment of moderate and severe acne,and the curative effect is better than that of adaparin.Traditional Chinese medicine mask can improve the cure rate and efficiency of patients,significantly improve the symptoms of acne,and reduce the recurrence of acne.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine mask is used on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,combined with external application.It has the advantages of safety and simplicity,and is worthy of clinical application.
