Summary On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Academic Thought Of “Wenrebing Zhinan Ji” By Chen Pingbo

This thesis is divided into two parts, The data analysis can be applied in " Wenrebing Zhinan Ji (WRBZNJ)" of the regularition of medicine research, theory is mainly used for the study of academic thought of " WRBZNJ ".1 The purpose of the researchChen Pingbo, whose life was unkown and the QingShiGao failed to record his deeds, was a great medical specialist in epidemic febrile diseases area in Qing Dynasty, the academia can knows nothing except for coming from Songbin area according to " WRBZNJ ". "WRBZNJ " is Chen’s only medical works that still survives,which was firstly printed in the year of Jiaqing 14th(1809). It includes three concents such as" The main ideas of epidemic febrile diseases","The ordinances of Wind-warm Syndrome(WWS)"and"The ordinances of damp-warm syndrome (DWS)". In the year of Xianfeng 2th(1852), when Wang Mengying excerpted the contents of "WRBZNJ" in Wenre Jingwei,called this contents Chen Pingbo’s Paper on the Exogenous febrile diseases,which had being widely known and was praised highly by many doctors.The purpose of research the function、sexual flavour and the channel tropism of the medicine in " WRBZNJ ", is to probe the medicine rule of treats febrile disease and study Chen’s academic thoughts of treating Warm Diseases.2 The methods and main content of the research2.1 Research on the regularity of medicine with synergy:Firstly, selects the blank edition, main proofreading edition and reference proofreading edition, for proofreading the prescriptions and drugs of "WRBZNJ", in order to guarantee the accuracy of raw material which is to be researched.secondly,lists the prescriptions and medicines.Thirdly,according to the integrates standard, establish the "basic information table" of prescriptions in "The regulations on WWS" and "The regulations on DWS", which about the "fuctions"、the "four nature"、the "five flavours" and the "channel tropism" of Chinese materia medica. Fourthly, based on the basic information table, Statistics on the prescriptions number, the drug number, the frequency of drug effect, the frequency of drug four nature of drugs, the frequency of drug five flavours, the frequency of drug channel tropism, comparative and analysis them acording to the elimination standard. Fifthly, analyze each target of prescriptions in"WRBZNJ "、"WWS" and "DWS" by the SPSS18.0 software in statistics description and cluster analysis, discussion the Rule of usage prescriptions and drugs.2.2 The study of academic thought:In combination with the literatures content latest 30 years associated with this article and analysis the concent of "WRBZNJ", discuss the academic thoughts.Results:3.1 Research on the regularity of medicine with synergy:1. The number of prescriptions in "WWS" is 11, the number of medicine of "WWS" prescriptions is 39, The number of drug frequency of "WWS" prescriptions is 76, the number of "DWS" prescriptions is 27, The number of medicine of "DWS" prescriptions is 76, The number of drug frequency of "DWS" prescriptions is 162.2. The high-frequency of drugs in "WWS"is weeping forsythia capsule, tendrilleaf fritillary bulb, dwarf lilyturf tuber, liquorice root, rhinoceros horn, common anemarrhena rhizome, dried tangerine peel, great burdock achene. The high-frequency of Traditional Chinese medicine in "DWS" is liquorice root,talc,dried tangerine peel, medicated leaven, kudzuvine root, atractylodes rhizome, Indian bread, unprocessed rehmannia root, immature orange fruit,grassleaf sweetflag rhizome,weeping forsythia capsule,antelope horn,figwort root,ginseng,largehead atractylodes rhizome,Chinese angelica, officinal magnolia bark,fruit of caoguo,common aucklandia root,debark peony root.3.
