Clinical Efficacy Of Suspension Movement Plucked Meridian Therapy Combined Treatment Of Piriformis Syndrome

Objective: This study was suspended by observing simple exercise therapy, simply follow through plucked law and suspension movement through the clinical efficacy of combination therapy after treatment of piriformis syndrome plucked, verify that the difference in the treatment of three methods Piriformis Syndrome designed to provide a lot of piriformis syndrome is more reasonable and effective rehabilitation programs.Methods: Met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of piriformis syndrome were randomly divided into three groups: the suspension movement therapy group, meridian plucked law and suspension movement therapy group therapy combined with treatment of meridian plucked group, 20 cases in each group. Three groups of patients according to their treatment regimen, once daily treatment, therapy five times a week, four weeks for a course, a course of treatment were observed. In patients before treatment, after a course of treatment were used pain visual analog scale(VAS), JOA hip function Quantitative Assessment Scale, and the use of "TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of the standard" to compare the clinical efficacy.Results: â‘ The quantitative comparison of efficacy in the group: the three groups before and after each treatment VAS score, JOA hip function scale score compared by t test, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). â‘¡The total effect of the three comparison: combining group compared with the other two groups, before and after treatment VAS score, JOA scores were statistically significant differences(P <0.05), suspension group and plucked group before and after treatment VAS score, JOA score the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). â‘¢93.3% total effective treatment of this trial.Conclusion: The combination of suspension movement therapy and simple method meridian plucked suspension movement therapy and simple method meridian plucked improve pain and dysfunction in terms of piriformis syndrome have effect, and the suspension of exercise therapy in combination meridian plucked piriformis syndrome treatment method is better than the efficacy of physical therapy and simple suspension meridian plucked therapy.
