Based On Modern Literature Research Of Alzheimer’s Disease Syndrome And Drug Characteristics

Objective:Through the study of Alzheimer’s disease in modernliterature to explore the common symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease,syndrome and syndrome factor distribution,the characteristic of clinical drug use.To the Alzheimer’s disease syndrome standardization research and clinical treatment of contribution.Methods: Combining electronic retrieval and manual retrievalway to retrieve almost 31 years literature of traditional Chinese medicine about alzheimer’s disease,to meet the requirements of this research literature; Standardized treatment involved Alzheimer’s disease symptom,syndrome and syndrome factor and Chinese medicine name in modern literature;Construct the Alzheimer’s disease syndromes and clinical database,and then process the data using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Results: The study included 329 valid documents:(1)Alzheimer’s disease symptoms headed by glaze,forgetfulness,with expression indifference,modern less depressed,be agitated and so on a total of 26 characteristic symptoms.With dizziness,tinnitus deafness, languid,led by a total of 104 general physical symptoms. Light white tongue,moss greasy,whitish,deep pulse,veinlet,pulse string,face red as the main tongue,pulse condition and complexion.(2)Involved 60 kinds of syndrome types,according to the frequency descending sequence is:Kidney empty marrow empty card,phlegm obstructing orifices,hyperactivity of heart-liver fire,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney;(3)21 kinds of syndrome factors were extracted,locations of syndrome elements in kidney,liver, brain, heart, spleen for common.nature of syndrome elements to jing kui,phlegm,blood stasis,qi depression is common.To justify syndrome elements on clustering analysis is divided into five types:kidney,jing kui,brain for the first. Heart,blood deficiency for the second.The spleen,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency for the third.Yin deficiency,yang hyperactivity,fire heat as the fourth.Liver,and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm as the fifth;(4)From the 244 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extract of 31 core drugs,tonic medicines accounted for the largest through the study of the clustering analysis of core drugs divided into five types of commonly used drugs:kidney nourishment class,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi class, tranquilizing by nourishing the heart class,and manage Qi and activating blood class,phlegm and resuscitation class.Conclusion: Symptoms is given priority to with glaze,forgetfulness,with expression indifference,modern less depressed and other abnormal mental behavior change and dizziness,tinnitus deafness, such as the spleen and kidney deficiency as outstanding performance.It is mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes.So, it is given priority to with deficiency of spleen and kidney,at the same time in a bad mood usually or temporary emotional stimuli cause liver depression and qi stagnation.It can produce phlegm turbidity and blood stasis blood stasis to blind Qing qiao, disrupt the mind for dementia.Fill kidney essence using sweet and warm-natured drugs is the main method of modern medical treatment,accompanied by Invigorating Qi and strengthening the spleen, regulating qi and resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and inducing resuscitation etc.
