Clinical Research On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Alzheimer’s Disease

Objective:Through the research on the clinical syndrome of Alzheimer’s disease patients,to investigate the distribution ofsyndrome characteristics of elderly patients with dementia,whichaims to provide,for the study of syndrome standardization of Alzheimer’s disease and clinical treatment of a contribution.Methods:By early modern literature research of syndrome for Alzheimer’s disease,formulate "The Alzheimer’s disease of traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome data collection table". Collect the information recorded Excel2003,and build the basic information of the patients with Alzheimer’s disease and TCM syndrome database, and apply SPSS19.0 data frequency statistics,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results: Included 69 cases were effective,30 cases of male, female 39 cases,patients age 88 years old,the youngest 51 years old,the average age of 69.12years;In the survey,Chinese medicinesymptom 110,more than 10% of the totalpercentage of symptom 85. By clustering analysis of TCM symptoms,can be 69 cases of Alzheimer’s disease patients were divided into 5 types, respectively is:the Kidney empty marrow empty card,deficiency of both heart and spleen,stagnation of the liver qi and blood deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices and hyperactivity of heart-liver fire.Conclusion: Through clinical research of TCM syndromes in patients, found that the majority of the disease nature is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The location of disease is in the brain(Xin Shen),essential in disease of deficiencyof kidney essence,the key lies in the pathogenesis of liver Qi stagnation.
