Clinical Observation Of Yingyantuisuofang Used To Treat Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy Upperlid Retraction

Objiective TAO(Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy) is currently intractable diseases of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the purpose of this paper is to observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine on TAO who is mainly With upper lid retraction, and through the research,the role of Chinese herbal medicine in the process is understanded of the diagnosis and treatment.It provides new ideal treatment for the disease treatment methods, so as to better serve for the clinical.Methods In the study,we take a randomize controlled manner.We selected 60 patients who meet diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria at thyroid specialist clinic in Hubei Provincial hospital of TCM. The patients were Randomly divided into two groups,The control group 30 cases(Triamcinolone acetonide local injection treatment)the treatment group 30 cases(In the control group to be on the basis of the yingyantuisuofang). Establelished clinical research file.By observing the eyelids height、classification activity score(CAS)、Systemic symptoms and sign、Adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment. Input The above observation indicators as variable data into computer.By using SPSS In data processing to correspond conclusions.Result 1.The treatment group and control group after treatment of eyelid shrinking rate were better than before the treatment, two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).2.The treatment group and control group after treatment of CAS were better than before the treatment, two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM syndrome score were better than before the treatment, two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).4.The treatment group is better than the control group after treatment of eyelid shrinking rate,two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).5.The treatment group is better than the control group after treatment of CAS,two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).6.The treatment group is better than the control group after treatment of TCM syndrome score,two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).7.The adverse reaction of The treatment group is less than the control group after treatment,two groups of data by statistical analysis,there was not a significant statistical differrence(P>0.05).Conclusion TAO who is mainly with upperlid retraction is a kind of refractory diseases in clinic,now most physicians are seeking glucocorticoid and surgical treatment,The purpose of this paper is to explore the curative effect and adverse reactions of Chinese herbal medicine treatment of the disease.Thus it is concluded that Chinese herbal medicine treatment effect for the treatment of the disease can have attenuated synergies.It provides more choices for early TAO(NOSPECS Ⅱ)patients with upper eyelid retreat, and a new feasibility basis for Chinese herbal medicine treatment of the disease.Through test observation and analysis of test results,we conclude that yingyantuisuofang has the effect of treating TAO Upper lid retraction.Meanwhile,it has less adverse reaction and Curative Effect.So it can be widely used in clinical.
