Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Type Of Atrial Fibrillation By Nourishing Yin And Suppressing The Excessive Yang Method

Objective:By observing the method of Nourishing yin and suppressing the excessive yang type hand atrial fibrillation in improving clinical symptoms before and after treatment, discussed its function and mechanism of facilitate their use in clinical.Method:Select 60 patients with atrial fibrillation(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity) that those were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 30 people.Treatment group taking shensongyangxin1.2g tid and aspirin 100 mg qdaspirin100 mg once daily,andon the basisit add-onsanjiafumai soup;In the control group,given western medicine with shensongyangxin 1.2gbidand aspirin 100 mg once daily.6 weeks for a period of treatment.Respectively in detect before and after treatment in patients with general condition, blood in urine and stool routine, liver and kidney function, blood plasma NT-proBNP,dynamic electrocardiogram,changes in patients with symptomatic, and heart colour to exceed left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD).During the treatment, TCM symptoms in both groups was observed on a regular basis,and adopt the method of rank integral and finally make statistical processing.Results: Comparing with the control group, Treatment group on average ventricular rate slowed significantly after taking sanjiafumai soup, 24 hours a day, which indicate have significant difference(P<0.05). The treatment group improved cardiac function compared with controls have significant difference(P<0.05); Comparing the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05) on the level of plasma NT-proBNP;Left atrial diameter has no obvious difference(P>0.05);Treatment group compared with control group on LVEF has significant difference(P<0.05);The treatment group compared with control group on LVEDD has no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Sanjiafumai soup can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs in patients withlong-term persistent af and permanent atrial fibrillation, Significantly slow ventricular rate,prevention of thrombosis, improves cardiac function in patients.
