The Clinical Tesearch Of Jian Pi Shu Chang Decoction In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Type Diarrhea (Spleen Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Type )

Objectives: To observe jian pi shu chang decoction in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel(Spleen deficiency and liver stagnation type) sum of clinical curative effect, for treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine research of some basic work, and to explore its action mechanism.Methods:Clinical choose the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with IBS, according to the order were randomly divided into the clinic Experimental group and Control group,treatment group 30 cases is given jian PI shu chang decoction and the control group 30 cases is given Pinaverium Bromide Tablets to treat. 4 weeks for a period of treatment, to observe and compare the curative effect and TCM syndrome integral index.Results:This clinical study shows that experimental group and control group in comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome total curative effect comparison have significant differences, the experimental group is better than that of control group,Curative effect is better than that of the experimental group in the elimination of diarrhea,abdominal pain and improve both diarrhea diarrhea after pain solutions,emotion adepression or irritability, sigh, chest and hypochondrium bloating,loss of appetite,fatigue and other symptoms of the control group.Conclusions:Jian pi shu chang decoction can obviously improve diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(Spleen deficiency and liver stagnation type)of the clinical symptoms, and is superior to the Pinaverium Bromide Tablets. No patient in the process of drug adverse reactions, illustrate the spleen shu im soup is a kind of have no obvious side effects, high safety in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(Spleen deficiency and liver stagnation type)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) preparations.
