Through Point Acupuncture Combined With Warm Acupuncture Treatment After Stroke Clinical Study On Qi-Deficiency Constipation

Objective:This study aims at through the changes of the clinical symptom s of patients with qi-deficiency and constipation were observed before and af ter treatment, further validation of the clinical curative effect of through poi nt acupuncture combined with warming acupuncture on the treatment of qi-de ficiency constipation after apolexy.Methods:From the Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences of Heilongjian g Province Department of acupuncture in inpatient department,80 patients me t the inclusion criteria of qi-deficiency constipation patients after apolexy,ad opt completely random method,divided into the treatment group(through poi nt acupuncture combined with warming acupuncture group) and control group(warming acupuncture group) with 40 cases in each. Two groups of patients to treatment on a regular basis.The patients in the treatment group to selecti on of acupoints:Baihui through Luoque(bilateral),Baihui through Houding,Houding through Qiangjian,local disinfection,head points acupuncture therap y,warming acupuncture treatment to selection of acupoints:bilateral Daheng,Zhigou, Tianshu, Zusanli, Shangjuxu acupoint and unilateral Qihai,Guanyua n acupoint,the patient in supine position,local skin disinfection,warming acupuncture,through point acupuncture and warming acupuncture at the same time. The control group only with warming acupuncture treatment, acupoint s election and operation method is the same as the treatment group, the two g roups in the first course of treatment and after second courses of treatment were observed the clinical symptoms of constipation and the nerve function i mprovement,recorded the results of the analysis,the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:1.Through point acupuncture combined with warming acupuncture therap y in the treatment of constipation after apolexy with qi-deficiency has signifi cantclinical efficacy and positive,treatment group(through point acupuncture combined with warming acupuncture group) the total effective rate was 92.5%, thecontrol group(acupuncture group) the total effective rate was 80%,th e curative effect between the two groups,the difference was statistically mea ning(P< 0.05).2.Two groups of patients with a significant difference after two period o f treatment of constipation symptom score(P< 0.05).3.Patients in the two groups after two courses of treatment,neurological deficit score difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Through point acupuncture combined with warming acupuncture treatmen t of qi-deficiency constipation after apolexy curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the degree of neurologic i mpairment,and better than the control group.
