Objective: Observe the modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with ear acupuncture point sticking the seed’s clinical efficacy and safety to provide theoretical guidance and experimental basis for the treatment of functional constipation with Qi and blood deficiency combined with ear point buried beans.Methods: A total of 60 patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly who met the diagnostic criteria of inclusion criteria in the2 nd Department of anorectal of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine : give the two groups life intervention,as while as the control group was given Mosapride Citrate tablets,and the treatment group was the modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with ear acupuncture point sticking the seed treatment.Observed the two groups’ s efficacy and safety indexes before treatment,the after treatment and 28 d after treatment,and the score of efficacy observation indexes and the judgment of comprehensive efficacy were conducted according to the observed data.Analyze all data results statistically by SPSS26.0 software,P < 0.05 was proved the difference was statistically significant.Results: After statistical processing,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67% which surpasses the result was 86.67% in the control group(P<0.05),showing that the modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with ear acupuncture point sticking the seed was more effective than the Mosapride Citrate tablets in the treatment.Follow-up was performed 28 d after treatment,and the recurrence rate was 10.34% in the treatment group while it was 34.62% in the control group,indicating a statistically significant difference.In the treatment group,the long-term efficacy was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: For patients with Functional Constipation with deficiency of Qi and Blood,(1)The modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with ear acupuncture point sticking the seed was superior to the Mosapride Citrate tablets in improving and relieving TCM symptoms before,after and28 d after treatment;(2)The modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with ear acupuncture point sticking the seed and the Mosapride Citrate tablets can improve and relieve the TCM symptoms of Qi and Blood deficiency functional constipation;(3)The two groups were no evident side effects in the treatment,and both were well tolerated and safe.
