Glioma is the most common intracranial neurosurgery field neuralmalignant tumor diseases, accounting for about45%of all intracranialtumor[1], and the incidence of a disease for many years did not reduce, unsatisfactory prognosis effect. Although the neurosurgery and relatedcomprehensive treatment technology for the development of the leap, butthe treatment of glioma is still clinical workers have a big problem to bereckoned, and prognosis of glioma multiple and complex influencefactors, this article will affect the current controversial clinical prognosisof glioma related factors emphatically analyzed. Because the current isnot a quantitative assessment of the quality of life for gliomas prognosiscriteria, this paper attempts to quantify the prognosis in patients withglioma evaluation, in the hope of contributing to the prognosis of patientswith glioma were analyzed. Objective:Research and analysis the influence factors of affect the prognosis ofglioma related. And establish a prognosis score table of human brainglioma based on clinical multifactors, and then provide an objectiveevaluation mechanism for the prognosis of glioma patients. Materials and Methods:From June2008to June2013,we performed survival analysis on88cases of glioma in department of neurosurgery in China-Japan UnitedHospital,we used Kaplan-Meier method calculate the survival rate andtest by Log-rank in univariate analysis, used life table to draw univariatesurvival curves, survival comparison by Cox regression and test byLog-Rank in multivariate analysis.Results:1.Single factor analysis showed the tumor pathological grade,Preoperative KPS score, Ki-67and other factors is closely related tothe prognosis (P<0.05).2.Through the study of the quantitative evaluation of the prognosisrelated factors, and the grading results validation, survival curve analysisconfirmed the idea, conform to the actual outcomes in patients withglioma. Conclusions:Level of tumor pathology, preoperative KPS score and Ki-67independent factors affecting factors for the prognosis of glioma.Through the study of the quantitative assessment of prognosis in patientswith glioma, can be more effective for the prognosis of glioma patientsobjective analysis judgment.
