Objective:To find the relationship between the ZMPSTE24’s lever and glioma[1].Methods:The data is come form the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas(CGGA)whice include Clinical data and m RNA sequencing data of 325 patients[1].The ZMPSTE24’s lever was extracted and combined with clinical data, and the cases with missing clinical data were excluded[1].According to the median expression of ZMPSTE24 in glioma patients(18.61),these were divided into two groups[1].One group is high expression and the other is low expression[1].Wilcoxon signed-rank test and logistic regression were used to find the correlation, whice were ZMPSTE24 level with clinical factors[1].The effect of ZMPSTE24expression level on overall survival of glioma patients was evaluated using Cox regression and Kaplan-Meier methods[1].ZMPSTE24 associated molecular pathways and upstream and downstream molecules were estimated using gene enrichment and coexpression analysis[1].The STRING database was used to find the molecules interacting with ZMPSTE24and to evaluate their value[1].The TIM ER2.0 database was used to investigate the correlation between ZMPSTE24expression level and glioma immune infiltrating cells[1].Finally,the Human Protein Atlas(HPA)and clinical glioma pathological tissues were used to perform immunohistochemical and Western blotting tests for verification[1].Results:Compared with ZMPSTE24 group with high expression, patients with high expression of ZMPSTE24 had significantly worse prognosis(P<0.05)in CGGA database[1].The glioma classification,IDH classification and age classification is relate with ZMPSTE24(P<0.05)[1].Cox regression analysis showed that ZMPSTE24might be an independent prognostic factor for glioma patients(P<0.05)[1].Western blot indicated that the higher the tumor grade, the higher the expression level of ZMPSTE24[1].Conclusion:High expression of ZMPSTE24is associated with high tumor grade and poor p rognosis in glioma patients[1].
