The Clinical Study On The Treatment For Emotional Disorder Of Woman During Climacteric With "TCM Rigid-gentle Syndrome Differentiation"

Menopausal women with reproductive age transition to lose reproductive period. Is a physiological process all women must take place in the life process. Women entering menopause, along with the gradual decline of ovarian function, estrogen and progesterone decreased and appear a series of changes in physiological and psychological aspects of the. In this period the women often experience hot flashes, sweating, vasomotor symptoms, also often accompanied by autonomic nervous system dysfunction and depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, mood disorders are particularly prominent in the Asian women. To provide an efficient, economic, safe and new method for the treatment of with a view to involutional emotional disorder, and to verify the rationality of the rigid flexible dialectical theory and advanced, paving the way for further theoretical and clinical research, and to provide evidence for the establishment of TCM’s advantage.Aim:To evaluate the safety and effect of the treatment For Emotional Disorder Of Woman During Climacteric with TCM Rigid-Gentle Syndrome, in order to pave the way for further research.Methods:In this prospective study, a self controlled study before and after treatment.The80qualified cases according to the TCM Rigid-Gentle Syndrome and treatment prescription. The test group for8weeks (56days),4administration. We observed the treatment effect; treatment of TCM symptoms integral, the Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD, Modified Kupperman Index, Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA, Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI; changes of serum FSH, LH, E2before and after treatment before and after the treatment; heart rate variability and ultra slow fluctuations of EEG changes. Statistical methods using SPSS22.0statistical software for general descriptive (Descriptive Statistics), single factor analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), the paired t test (Independent-Samples T Test) were analyzed, two-sided test, P<0.05significant difference, P<0.01is very significant difference.Results:①Before treatment and after8weeks of treatment, T test results showed that, for the integral of symptom scores, HAMD, KI, HAMA, PSQI were reduced, after testing the P values were less than0.01, the difference was statistically significant.②Chinese medicine syndrome scale, HAMD, KI, HAMA, PSQI5indicators in second weeks, fourth weeks, sixth weeks, the average fraction subtraction respectively for eighth weeks, from the table it can be seen that, with the increase of treatment time, each index score reduction rate is increased.③TCM syndrome scale the total efficiency of96.2%, HAMD scale, the total effective rate was94.9%, the modified Kupperman score, the total efficiency of96.2%, HAMA score, the total effective rate was92.3%, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score, the total efficiency of96.2%.④The overall, LH, FSH and E2levels before and after treatment were significantly different, p<0.01. Menopausal women LH, FSH, E2were no significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05). Menopausal transition women, E2, LH and FSH levels were significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01).⑤Before treatment, the positive rate of heart rate variability in patients after treatment was89.7%, positive rate is reduced to5.1%. Before treatment in patients with positive rate of EEG was84.6%, the positive rate decreased to9%after treatment.⑥The observation results of safety: changes of2cases of stool during treatment,1cases of acid reflux heartburn,1cases of abdominal distension, the differential adjustment of drug, patient symptoms disappeared. After treatment, blood, urine, stool, liver and renal function, ECG and other safety indicators showed no obvious abnormality.Conclusions:⑦Use of TCM Rigid-Gentle Syndrome treat Emotional Disorder Of Woman During Climacteric has obtained the good clinical curative effect, the Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD， Modified Kupperman Index, Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA, Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI integration has decreased significantly, and has obvious curative effect, and is worthy of further promotion.②This study shows that rigid gentle syndrome differentiation theory guiding medication can improve the menopausal transition women involutional emotional disorder hormone environment, can reduce the content of serum FSH and LH, increase the content of E2in vivo(?), but has entered the menopausal women without significantly improve the level of the hormone inside body role.③This study showed abnormal emotional disorders of female menopause patients often accompanied by EEG and heart rate variability, this disease is the damage of nervous function of plant, and is closely related to psychosocial factors, abnormal rate of this therapy can significantly reduce these two results, to reveal the dialectical mechanism of rigid and flexible treatment of this disease from the perspective of psychosomatic medicine in a certain extent.
