Gastric Cancer With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Symptoms Research Based On Chinese Medicine Treatment

Aims: This paper has evaluated the treatment effect for the DoubleXian Fang Granule Gemini of tutor Zhang Xin-Hai Chief Physician,by observing the index changing of postoperative gastric cancerpatients’ clinical symptoms, immune function, life quality, etc. Ithopes to provide new ideas for the CMT.Methodology: This paper has made a research based on the67cases ofpostoperative gastric cancer patients who has been in hospital of theSichuan Integrative Medicine Hospital during March,2012andDecember,2013, and these cases have been divided into three groups andthey are groups of36cases of Chinese Medicine, group of31westernmedicine cases. The Chinese Medicine Group: Double Xian Fang withFree fried free granules (Made by Sichuan green medicine company),taking medicine with water of100ml; Western Medicine Group:Thymopetidum Enteric-Coated Tablets (or named with XIONGXIANTAICHANGRONG PIAN)(Zhunzi NO. H20000301, made by HA GAOKEwhite swan pharmaceutical group co., ltd), Oral treatment with10mg; andthose two groups of medicine should maintain three times a day for28 days. It will make a continuous observation about the improvementcondition of immunity index, tumor markers and life qualityimprovement toward those patients, and finally found the computationresult with SPSS11.0has statistics difference meaning about the dataaccording to the standard of related Medical Statistics such as the P index.Result: The CMT has advantage over the Western Medicine (WM) withclinical symptoms improvement of enhancing Gastric cancer with Spleenand Kidney Deficiency Symptoms (KDS). Meanwhile, the CMT has alsoadvantage over the WM with the KPS index for life quality improvement(P<0.001). The CMT can improve CD3+, CD4+quality effectively,enhance the cell immune function comparing to the WM (P<0.005).While the index for the CA125and CA199can reveal that they makelittle performance improvement for postoperative with P<0.05, while notthe same as WM case. At the same time, there are no obvious adversereactions such as the thirsty occasionally, etc.Conclusion: The Double Xian Fang Granule made by tutor ChiefPhysician of Zhang Xin-Hai, which will make the gastric cancer patientsto accept KPS more effectively for curative effect, and it also improve theGastric cancer with Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Symptoms andenhance the life quality and strengthen the Cell immunity. Meanwhile,has brought convenience for taking medicine, and also easy carrying andmedicine storage. It will improve the clinical adverse reaction brought by gastric cancer, and also the confidence for curing patients. Find thechance to increase the survival rate.
