| Objective: to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of symptomsand signs therapia to elevate the chemicals’ therapeutic effect and improve the quality oflife on the patiens with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods: forty patiens with systemic lupus erythematosus were treated in 2 groups by 6months.One of groups was control group, treated by chemicals only,and the other wasobserve group,treated by traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms andsigns therapia and chemicals at the same time. We observed symptom, physical sign,andthe breadboard index, SLEDAI score, quality of life (QOL-BREF) and fatigue severityscale(FSS) index,analyzed contrstly and finished the statistical treatment (paired-comparet-test).Results: the clinical effective rates of control group and observe group were 95%,either.The observe group’s traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom-complex therapeuticeffect, symptom score and FSS index surpassed the control group’s. Physical sign, and thebreadboard index were improved but made no differents.Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score is good at reflecting the qualityof life on the patiens with systemic lupus erythematosus and concerned with many aspectsof the quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signstherapia can elevate the chemicals’ therapeutic effect,ease fatigue,relief tension andimprove the quality of life on the patiens with systemic lupus erythematosus. |
