Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of pulmonary rehabilitation onpatients with lung cancer after pulmonary lobectomy.Methods:65cases of patients to choose the Department of thoracic surgeryof Si Ping Central Hospital after pulmonary lobectomy, before operation wererandomly divided into two groups, in accordance with the inclusion criteria,29cases in observation group,31cases in the control group. The observation groupwas prescribed to drug treatment, routine care and for a period of1months ofpulmonary rehabilitation exercise training, the control group was prescribed todrug therapy and routine nursing care. Two groups of patients with preoperativeand postoperative1months, pulmonary function test,6minutes walkdetermination and shortness of breath index experimental determination, thedegree of improvement in lung function were compared between the two groups,6minutes walking distance and shortness of breath index. Results: in the observation group, FVC, FEV1, MVV index before and afteroperation between1month were0.620+0.208and0.444+0.131,14.801+3.543,P<0.05; the control group before and after operation between1month were0.728+0.112and0.583+0.088,20.309+2.438,P<0.05; pulmonary function in the twogroups of difference comparison, the difference of observation group was lowerthan that in control group showed that the observation group patients afterpulmonary rehabilitation exercise training, the degree of pulmonary functionrecovery rate than the control group effect. The observation group and the controlgroup of6minutes walking distance in the preoperative and postoperativedifference of1months were31.448+18.302and38.839+19.772, P>0.05had nodifference between the two groups, shows that observation group patients afterpulmonary rehabilitation exercise training,6minutes walking distance from classand control group had no significant difference compared with that. No significant recovery of function of heart and lung. The observation group and the controlgroup of shortness of breath index in preoperative and postoperative difference of1months were0.965+0.297,0.984+0.090, P>0.05, no significant differencebetween the two groups, the observation group patients showed that afterpulmonary rehabilitation, shortness of breath and index decrease degree and thecontrol group had no obvious difference compared to that of respiration nosignificant recovery. Conclusion: This study through the lung lobectomy patients after pulmonaryrehabilitation, after lung function test, the6minute walk test and shortness ofbreath index determination of three kinds of evaluation methods, respectively, for1months of the two groups of patients before and after operation were measuredto draw the following conclusion: the implementation of pulmonary rehabilitationexercise training in patients after pulmonary lobectomy. Can significantly improvelung capacity in patients with respiratory muscle, promote recovery; pulmonaryrehabilitation short-term walk distance and dyspnea on improvement is notobvious.
