Objective1.To evaluate the effect of the early postoperative lung rehabilitation training program in the enhanced recovery surgery(ERAS)mode on the accelerated recovery of elderly lung cancer patients with video assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)pulmonary leaf excision.2.To explore the safety and effectiveness of early lung rehabilitation training programs in ERAS mode in elderly lung cancer patients who perform VATS pulmonary leaf excision. Methods 60 elderly lung cancer patients who were admitted to xxxx Hospital for cardiothoracic surgery from October 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the early postoperative lung rehabilitation training group(trial group)and the postoperative traditional nursing treatment group(control group),with 30 cases each. The trial group,i.e.within 24 h after surgery, began to be guided by a physiotherapist’s intervention in rehabilitation training, and the control group, the traditional treatment group(without the guidance and rehabilitation training of a physiotherapist, maintained traditional postoperative care and treatment routines). The differences between lung function,6 minute walk distance(6-minute walk distance,6MWD),self-effective coughing time(day nth),postoperative hospitalization time, incidence of cardiopulmonary complications after surgery, and digital pain score(verbal rating scale,VRS)were compared between the two groups of patients before and after discharge. Results 1.The two groups were tested for forced vital capacity,FVC,first-second exhalation volume(forced expiratory in the first second,FEV1)and 6MWD,respectively,before surgery and before discharge. There was no statistical difference(p>0.05)in the preoperative FVC,FEV1 and 6MWD comparisons between the experimental and control groups, but the two groups before discharge were FVC,FEV1,6MWD and comparison In terms of pre-decreasing index, the test group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The test group had an earlier self-effective coughing time(day n),a shorter hospital stay after surgery, and a shorter postoperative hospital stay The VRS digital pain score was lower in the first three days, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant in the comparison of the incidence of cardiopulmonary complications after surgery between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions1.Early lung rehabilitation training in postoperative ERAS mode is safe and feasible for elderly patients with VATS pulmonary leaf excision 2.ERAS mode, which can effectively improve lung function, relieve early pain after surgery, shorten the time of hospitalization after surgery and speed up postoperative rehabilitation. |
