Clinical Research About Dredging And Warming Governor Vessel Method To As Pain And Morning Stiffness Relief

Purpose: This article adopts Unblock and warm Du channel method to observe backpain level and time change of early morning stiffness for AnkylosingSpnodylitis patients, todiscuss the effect mechanism of Unblock and warm Du channel method, to validate timelinessof Unblock and warm Du channel method to relieve AS back pain and early morning stiffnessphenomenon, to develop application and extension of Unblock and warm Du channel methodin clinic.Methods: Research objects are63AS patients who are chosen from acupuncture clinicof the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by thevisiting sequence.3cases failed off in the course of treatment, finally60cases into theexperiment, randomly divided into30cases of observation group and30cases of comparisongroup. The observation group adopts Unblock and warm Du channel treatment, once a day, amonth for1course,2courses for the treatment; Comparison group provides orally medicinesulfasalazine,0.25g each time for the first week,3times a day;0.5g each time for the secondweek, twice a day;0.5g each time for the third week,3times a day;1g each time after thefourth week, twice a day, treatment time is same as observation group. Record the pain scoresand time of morning stiffness data of two groups’patients before and after treatment, comparethe data differences, finally adopt statistics software SPSS17.0to do statistical analysis.Results:1. Treatment effect of observation group and comparison group has no difference withsex and age of patients.(P>0.05)2. Treatment effect of observation group and comparison group has inverse relationshipwith sickness process.3. Total effective rate of observation groups is up to100%. Comparison by painaccumulate points P<0.05, comparison by time of morning stiffness P<0.05, all havestatistical meanings.4. Curative effect of observation group is superior to comparison group, analysis bySPSS statistics P<0.05, in accordance with statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Unblock and warm Du channel method has curative effect to treat back pain andmorning stiffness of AS patients.2. Unblock and warm Du channel method has superior curative effect when comparedwith sulfasalazine therapy.3. Unblock and warm Du channel method has advantages of simple operation, low cost,exact curative effect and green therapy, is worthy of clinical application.
