| Objective : The purpose of this paper is to observe the response evaluation of one-finger scrubbing treat stiff and pain shoulder after rotator cuff repair under arthroscopy, and to provide a new idea for the treatment of shoulder stiffness after rotator cuff repair. Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients who were diagnosed with rotator cuff injury and underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the Sports Injury Department of Fuzhou NO.2 Hospital.Random groups were drawn according to the random number table method.Divided into a test group and a control group, each with 30 people. After the operation, the control group received basic treatment including NSAIDS,ice sedation, and joint mobility training. The test group added one-finger scrubbing to the control group.By assessing the static phase and movement phase VAS(Visual Analogue Score)scores, and the range of motion(flexion, abduction, internal rotation, external rotation)of shoulder joint pain before and after 1 week,2 weeks, and 4 weeks after operation One refers to the curative effect of one-finger scrubbing.Result:1.There were no statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in age, gender, side, course of disease, preoperative range of motion of the shoulder joint and shoulder joint VAS score(P>0.05).2.At 4 weeks postoperative follow-up,the test group’s shoulder joint resting phase and activity phase pain VAS score(1.17 ± 0.94)points,(2.35 ± 0.62)points,and the control group’s resting phase and activity phase VAS scores(1.70±0.83)points,(2.90±0.75)The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the resting phase and the active phase of the test group were lower than those of the control group;3.The degrees of flexion, abduction, external rotation, and internal rotation of the shoulder joint at 4 weeks postoperatively were 152.14°±6.44°,159.64°±7.39°,55.00°±8.81°,5.67 ±0.54 and The preoperative differences were statistically signifiant(P<0.05);the control group were138.16°±7.59°,152.33°±7.39°,38.66±4.34°,5.10±0.88 and the preoperative comparison were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);and the improvement of mobility in the test group was better than that in the control group at 4 weeks after operation.4.Except for 2 patients in the experimental group, due to personal reasons, they could not complete the follow-up and were excluded.During the entire treatment study, the two groups of patients did not experience skin allergies, pain, local swelling, syncope, shock and other adverse reactions. In conclusion:The one-finger scrubbing method can speed up postoperative recovery, relieve pain and improve shoulder joint mobility for patients after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. At the same time, the one-finger scrubbing method has good safety in the treatment of patients after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. |
