Observation On The Curative Effect And Mechanism Of The Method Of Sun Zhongsan School To Unblock The Intestines For Treating Functional Constipation In Children(Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective: The study aimed at observing the effect of four-step rubbing abdomen on gastrointestinal motility in healthy adults with electrogastrointestinal electrograph to reveal the mechanism of tuina therapy for functional constipation in children,and evaluating the curative effect of the method of Sun Zhongsan school to unblock the intestines in the treatment of functional constipation in children(spleen deficiency type)to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods:1.The experiment recruited 20 healthy adults to measure their gastrointestinal electrograms in the fasting state,and then measured them again after four-step rubbing abdomen.The changes of the average frequency of gastrointestinal electrogram before and after massage were compared to observe the effect of four-step rubbing abdomen on gastrointestinal motility in healthy adults.2.In this trial,70 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The treatment group was treated with the method of Sun Zhongsan school to unblock the intestines,three times a week;the control group was treated with oral lactulose,every time 2 times a day,5ml each time,4 weeks as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.The quantitative scores of symptoms such as defecation frequency before the first treatment and after the last treatment were recorded in the two groups,and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.Experimental part:The average frequency of lead 2(lesser curvature)and lead 6(transverse colon)of electrogastro-intestinal electrogram after four-step rubbing abdomen was higher than that before massage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Clinical part:(1)Comparison of curative effects: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment: there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of main symptom scores after treatment: The scores of the treatment group after treatment were different from those of the control group in terms of defecation frequency,defecation time,defecation difficulty and degree of abdominal distension(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of the scores of secondary symptoms after treatment: There were differences in the scores of post-treatment between the treatment group and the control group in terms of fatigue after defecation,sluggish speech and appetite(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Four-step rubbing abdomen may promote defecation by accelerating gastrointestinal motility.2.The method of Sun Zhongsan school to unblock the intestines is more effective than oral lactulose in the treatment of constipation in children(spleen deficiency type).It can more significantly increase the frequency of defecation,shorten the time of defecation,relieve difficulty in defecation and abdominal distension,improve post-defecation fatigue and lazy speech,and improve appetite,indicating that the method of Sun Zhongsan school to unblock the intestines have clinical application value in the treatment of children constipation in children(spleen deficiency type).
