Liver Cancer Family Members Of Patient Uncertainty In Illness Correlation With Quality Of Life

Objectives:Through the liver cancer family members of patient uncertainty in illness and thequality of life surveys,to understand liver cancer family members of patientuncertainty in illness and the quality of life present situation,analysis the influencefactors of liver cancer family members of patient uncertainty in illness,families inpatients with cancer of the liver uncertainty in illness and quality of life,to reduce thefamily members of patient uncertainty in illness,and provides reference to improve thequality of life.Methods:This study adopts the method of convenient sampling,the selection in april2014to october2014a third rate in changchun hospital treatment of280patients with livercancer families structured questionnaire survey,semi-structured questionnaires byliver cancer family members of patient general information questionnaire,families ofuncertainty in illness scale (PPUS-FM) and family members of cancer patients qualityof life scale (CQOL-C) of three parts.Use Epidate3.0data management software todouble the double entry of data,using SPSS13.0statistical software for data analysis.Using the mean,standard deviation,frequency,percentage of descriptive analysis ofdata,the application of variance analysis,t test and Pearson correlation analysis of thedata for statistical inference.Results:1.Investigation of liver cancer family members of patient uncertainty in illnessscore was94.67±11.21;Ambiguity dimension score was43.46±5.74;Complexitydimension score was24.43±4.34;Lack of message dimension score was14.95±2.66;Unpredictability dimension score was11.83±2.31.whereby,5.6%of liver cancer family members of patient are at a high standard of uncertainty inillness,90.8%in the medium standard,3.6%at a low standard.2.The results of t test and single factor variance analysis displayed that:thepatients with liver cancer family in different working condition of lack of messageand there are have significant differences between the dimension scores (P <0.05);thepatients with liver cancer family of different educational level scores in complexitythere was have significant difference (P <0.05);different family residence in thefamily members of patients with liver cancer in the dimension of Ambiguity,thedimension of complexity,the dimension of lack of message and the uncertainty inillness of a greegate score have significant differences (P <0.05);different economicstatus of family members of patients with liver cancer in the dimension ofAmbiguity,the dimension of complexity,the dimension of the lack of sense ofuncertainty in illness have significant differences between the agreegate score (P <0.05);the patients with liver cancer family in different way of paying score complexitythere have significant difference (P <0.01).3.The liver cancer family members of patient living quality of life agreegatescore was167.69±42.09;and mental health subscales score the highest,followed by thebody condition subscales subscales,social function and psychological status subscalesscored lowest.4.Liver cancer family members of patient the uncertainty dimension andcomplexity of uncertainty in illness dimension and the psychological condition of thecancer family members of patient living quality dimension have a negative effect (p<0.05);Uncertainty in illness scores and psychological condition dimension have asignificant negative effect (p<0.01);Unpredictability dimension and social functiondimension have positive effect (p<0.05);Complexity dimension and mental dimensionhave significant positive effect (p <0.01).Conclusionns:1.The uncertainty in illness are diffuselyed in the surveyed in liver cancer familymembers of patient,families and most of the patients with cancer of the liver uncertainty in illness in the medium standard.2.The influence factors of uncertainty in liver cancer family members of patientdiseases contain: working conditions,level of education, family residence,economicconditions,payment method.3.The liver cancer family members of patient uncertainty in illness have effect ontheir quality of life.
