Objective:To observe the influence of different doses of penehyclidinehydrochloride (Penehyclidine) on homeostasis of heart rate variabilityunderlying gynecological laparoscopy surgery under the generalanesthesia.Method:We enrolled90patients whose BMI were between20%to25%andage were between20to55years old and they were scheduled for generalanesthesia for gynecological laparoscopy surgery. Patients wererandomized into three groups: Control group (group I, n=30),Experimental group penehyclidine group II (group II;0.5mgPenehyclidine, n=30), Experimental group penehyclidine group III (groupIII;1mg Penehyclidine, n=30).After arriving at the operating room thepatients were given the normal saline,0.5mg Penehyclidine or0.1mgPenehyclidine. General anesthesia was maintained with intravenousinhalational anesthesia to prevent movement during surgery. During thesurgery abdominal cavity was filled with carbon dioxide gas and theintra-abdominal pressure was maintained at12~13mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa). Record5min later after arriving at the operatingroom as T0, after given the NS or penehyclidine as T1, after the start ofsurgery as T2, after10min later after establish pneumoperitoneum the endof surgery as T3, after30min later after establish pneumoperitoneum theend of surgery as T4,after shutting the pneumoperitoneum as T5,after theend of surgery as T6,respectively. Recorded HR and HRV various indicators at each time point.Results:After endotracheal intubation the HF,LF,TP reduced obviously ineach group. High-frequency power (HF), low frequency power (LF) ofgroup II and group III raised obviously less than group I,group III raisedless than group II.Conclusion:The application of penehyclidine hydrochloride beforeGynecological laparoscopic operation not only has little influence onheart rate (HR) in order to reduce heart rate variability but can also inhibitelevated sympathetic nerve activity caused by CO2pneumoperitoneum. Itplays a certain role in maintaining the balance of autonomic nerve andimproving the quality of general anesthesia.
