| Plants of the genus Garcinia, which belongs to the Clusiaceae family, are widespread in the low land tropical rain forests of Southeast Asia, West and East Africa, and Central and South America. they are well known as rich natural sources of xanthones,flavonoids,benzophenones, biflavonoids and triterpenes. These constituents have been reported to possess a wide range of biological and pharmacological properties, such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimalarial,antioxidant, and cytotoxic activities.Garcinia bracteata belongs to Garcinia family which is mainly distributed in southern of Yunnan and Guangxi provinces. The research on Garcinia bracteata chemical components and pharmacological effects of domestic and foreign reports rarely, in order to better develop our Garcinia resource and search for antitumor constituents from as new active lead compounds, we carried out studying on the chemical constituents of Garcinia bracteata, and some of these compounds were studied against tobacco mosaic virus and five tumor cell cytotoxicity.This article mainly used various purification methods for isolation the extraction of Garcinia bracteata, As a result, twelve new Biphenyls(1*-12*), together with eight known Biphenyls(13-20), were isolated from this extract. After the spectra analysis and the physical and chemical data analysis, 20 compouds were identified.They are as follows:Bractebiphenyl A(1*), Bractebiphenyl B(2*), Bractebiphenyl C(3*),Bractebiphenyl D(4*), Bractebiphenyl E(5*), Bractebiphenyl F(6*),Bractebiphenyl G(7*), Bractebiphenyl H(8*), Bractebiphenyl I(9*),Bractebiphenyl J(10*), Bractebiphenyl K(11*), Bractebiphenyl L(12*),doitungbiphenyl A(13), doitungbiphenyl B(14), 2,2-dimethyl-3,5-dihydroxy-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl) chromane(15), oblongifoliagarcinine A(16), schomburgbiph-enyl(17), Noraucuparin(18), Nigrolineabiphenyl A(19), Nigrolineabiphenyl B(20).Volatitle oil in pants is very extensively distributed, mostly with aroma,chemical compoents are abundant ver much, mainly contains terpenoids, aliphaticand aromatic compounds. The volatile oil plays an important role in medicine, and it is an important raw material for perfume industry, daily necessities industry and chemical industry.This paper takes 5 kinds of Garcinia plants as the research object, using simultaneous distillation extraction method(SDE) to extract the volatile oil, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique(GC-MS) were used to identify the chemical components, each component was determined by normalization method of percentage content, the content of chemical components of the essential oil were compared and analyzed. The results show that Garcinia from volatile oil is mainly alkenes, esters, alcohols, ketones, acids, amides, aldehydes, alkanes. There are differences in different plant volatile oil components and in the relative content of the same chemical composition. |
