| Objective:By determination of papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter TRal protein expression, and further study the pathogenesis of benign and malignant tumors of the thyroid gland, and provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis, identification of disease, prognosis and treatment. Methods:Select the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, attached with pathologically confirmed in January 2010 -2014 December paraffin papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter cancer patients,50 patients, immunohistochemistry (SP) were detected expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter patients TRal tumor tissue and protein expression with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma TRal protein.Results:(1) The TRal protein expression mainly located in the nucleus and cytoplasm; (2) TRal protein expression in papillary thyroid cancer rate38.0%(19/50), nodular goiter positive expression rate84.0%(42/50), there was significant difference between the expression (P<0.05); (3)TRal protein expression and gender in papillary thyroid cancer, age, tumor diameter and pathological stage difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); and lymph node metastasis and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); TRa 1 protein expression and gender in nodular goiter, the difference between age and tumor size was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) TRal protein contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter; (2) TRa 1 protein for papillary thyroid cancer lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and prognosis predict. |
