Objective:This study which based on the theory of collateral diseases, combined with the overall concept of TCM and Differential Treatment, is objected to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood-letting puncture in treating patients with endometriosis dysmenorrheal, and provide the better treatment for clinical.Methods:70 cases of endometriosis patients with dysmenorrhea collected from the clinic and ward (TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to cold blood stasis type) were randomly divided into two groups,35 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group. During the research, the treatment group removed 2 cases, fell off 1 case, the control group removed 2 cases. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood-letting method one week before menstruation, definetly as:needling on Gongsun, Lieque, Sanyinjiao bilaterally retaining needle 30 minutes, manipulating every 10 minutes, at the same time moxibustion Guanyuan for 30 minutes, one times a day. On the first day of menstruation we would add Ciliao bilaterally and 17 vertebra acupuncture point for blood-letting, once every other day. The control group was taken oral medicine of dysmenorrhea particles, with water blunt, one week before the menstruation,1 package each time, twice one day. Monthly menstrual cycle 14 days of continuous treatment, continuous treatment three menstrual cycles for a course. Total taking a course. Compairing the dysmenorrhea symptoms, the change of TCM syndrome and the followed improvement of dysmenorrhea between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment, the dysmenorrhea symptoms and TCM syndrome in the two groups were both improved (P<0.05), the treatment group was better (P<0.05), dysmenorrhea improvements on the long-term curative effect, treatment group curative effect was fine (P>0.05:During the follow-up period, the scores of NRS and dysmenorrhea did not increase significantly. Compared with the data after treatment, there were significant differences), the total effective rate including curative effect of dysmenorrhea and curative effect of TCM syndromes on the treatment group were better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Treated through acupuncture and moxibustion combined with blood-letting puncture, the dysmenorrhea symptoms and TCM syndrome of the patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea were effectively improved. The effect on the improvement of the patients with dysmenorrhea symptoms and follow-up analgesic effect were more sustained. |
