Tourette Syndrome Related Related Risk Factors And Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpos:To investigate and analyze the related risk factors and TCM Constitution Types in children with Tourette syndrome,and to explore the influence of the two factors on the disease.Methods:The children who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed with Tourette syndrome were selected as the case group,at the same time,with no history of the disease outpatient health children as control group.The two groups used the same questionnaire survey method to investigate the children and their parents.The questionnaire included basic information,family history,birth history,life related situation,previous history of risk and so on.Parents and children at the same time to fill in the traditional Chinese medicine physique survey scale,quantitative score after pediatric physical type.Results:1.The survey age of onset of the TS with minimum 2 years of age,13 years old,biggest onset ages 4 to 6 years old at most.Before the onset of significant incentives for emotional stimuli and more than exogenous.Cases of abnormal electroencephalogram in 10 cases,accounting for 16.7%;ASO rise in 7 cases,accounting for 11.7%.SPSS17.0 software is adopted to improve the statistics:chi-square,family history of tourette syndrome,allergic rhinitis and other possible risk factors for the onset of TD(P < 0.05),more than to investigate related factors by statistical analysis,there was no significant difference,consider associated with small sample size.2.Comparison of two groups of TCM constitution type by chi-square test,P= 0.02(< 0.05),shows the whole makeup.Due to the small sample size,single factor comparison is not stable,still needs further research.Conclusion:Family history of tourette syndrome,allergic rhinitis may be TS related to disease risk factors.TS in children with TCM constitution type has a significant difference compared with normal children.The research of TCM constitution may contribute to the disease prevention and control.
