| Objective:Based on 64 cases of 0 grade diabetic foot patients in the clinical research, observation curative clip ridge acupuncture point to treat the disease clinical curative effect and effects on microcirculation.Method:Choose accord with a standard 64 cases of 0 grade diabetic foot disease, were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in treatment group, control group, 32 cases of patients with two groups of cases, the sex, age, course of the disease had no significant difference (P<0.05), comparable. Control group given conventional treatment, treatment group was given conventional treatment combined with Electro acupuncture jiaji acupoint treatment, treatment cycle for three weeks. After the treatment, observation of two groups of clinical symptoms (skin temperature, degree of pain, skin color, intermittent claudication, ankle brachial index) and microcirculation state (temperature control, blocking blood flow after reactive hyperemia, infrared thermal image), then carries on the statistical processing, contrast differences between the two groups.Result:1.The treatment group patients’skin temperature, degree of pain, skin color, intermittent claudication, ankle brachial index improved symptoms were superior to control group patients (P< 0.05); Treatment group total effectiveness 84.38%, the efficiency of 53.12%, control group total effective rate 68.75%, the efficiency is 28.13%, two groups of patients with curative effect comparison exists significant difference (P<0.05).2. Treatment group patients after temperature control, blocking blood flow to reactive hyperemia, infrared thermal image index improved are better than the control group patients (P<0.05), treatment group microcirculation improvement is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Electro acupuncture jiaji acupoint treatment can improve microcirculation.2.Electro acupuncture jiaji acupoint treatment is helpful to improve the clinical curative effect, the effective treatment of diabetic foot patients. |
