Electro-acupuncture Regulative Action For Temperature And Mt Circadian Rhythm Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Rats

Objective:To take the Meridian and Acupuncture theory as the instruction, study on the influence of electro-acupuncture on circadian rhythm of body temperature and blood plasma MT of the complex chronic rat. The study provides practical basis for further development of CFS circadian rhythm adjust by the Acupuncture treatment.Methods:Take the health SD rat as the experimental subject which random divides into the blank group, the model group and the electro-acupuncture group. The blank group were breeding by routine methods, and were not to model construction and treatment; The complex chronic fatigue rat models were constructed by the method of restraint and cool water swimming for the model group and the electro-acupuncture group; The electro-acupuncture group were treated with electric acupuncture on Zusanli and Shenshu,.To tested and analyzed three groups rat's behavioral science, circadian rhythm of body temperature and blood plasma MT content after treatment.Results:1,The results of ethology:rat tail suspension tes,exhaustive swimming test,water maze effective zone residence time of normal control group compared with EA group, there were no significant statistical differences, normal control group and EA group compared with model group, there are significant differences between two groups (P<0.05); water maze experiment time of normal control group compared with other two groups, there are significant differences (P<0.05), EA group compared with model group, there are significant differences (P<0.05).2,the results of temperature circadian rhythm:there is obviously temperature circadian rhythm in three groups after treatment. Model group compared with normal control group, the amplitude has reduced trend, the peak phase has backwards trend, diurnal fluctuation degree reduced. Compared with model group, the amplitude of EA group were significantly increased, peak phase forward, fluctuation degree of temperature circadian rhythm were significantly increased.3,the results of circadian rhythm of peripheral blood plasma's MT content:the normal control group's MT content has circadian rhythm, model group's circadian rhythm disappeared; compared with normal control group,the amplitude has reduced trend and peak phase backward, diurnal fluctuation degree reduce. Compared with model group,EA group's circadian rhythm recovered, amplitude were increased,peak phase forward and diurnal fluctuation degree were increased.Conclusion:Complex chronic fatigue rat model has changed in physical strength, study memory ability and emotional response has decreased, which are the status of physical and psychological fatigue, and company with the body temperature and MT dysrhythmia. The status of physical and psychological fatigue could be obviously improvement by electro-acupuncture on Zusanli and Shenshu. Electro-acupuncture on chronic fatigue rat could be adjusted its circadian rhythm and recovered normal rhythm.
