The Clinical Observation Xiang Chai Liu Yu Tang Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis (Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective:By self-made Xiang Chai Liu yu Decoction on chronic cholecy-stitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome) clinical treatment of incense sticks Liu Yu Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis, clinical curative effect and mechanism.Methods:Collected from the Jiamusi, Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital clinic diagnosis of 60 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients, using random number table method the patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases of patients with oral Xiang Chai Liu yu Decoction in the treatment of, one dose daily, morning and evening service points) and control group (30 cases of patients with oral Shu dan capsules,2 capsules each time,2 times a day). The symptoms and the ultrasonic imaging results were collected and recorded before and after treatment. The symptom scores were calculated by integral table. The treatment was 4 weeks by statistical software.Results:1、Group of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of total effective rate was 86.67% and control group of TCM syndrome total efficiency was 70.00%, two groups of efficient compared by statistical analysis of difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the treatment group in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis (liver qi stagnation syndrome) the curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.2^ The difference in symptom score of the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3^ Through the results of gallbladder showed that treatment group, total effective rate was 76.67%, the control group, the total efficiency was 56.67%, two groups of efficient compared by statistical analysis of difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group of B-mode ultrasound image is better than the control group.Conclusion:1、the Xiang Chai Liu yu Tang improved chronic cholecystitis (liver qi stagnation syndrome) clinical symptoms.2、the Xiang Chai Liu yu Tang treatment of chronic cholecystitis (liver qi stagnation) ultrasound imaging results were improved to a certain extent.
