Clinical Study On Peizhong Lidan Decoction In Treating Chronic Cholecystitis Of Liver-qi Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type With Anxiety State

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Peizhong Lidan Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type with anxiety state,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Peizhong Lidan Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type with anxiety state,and highlight the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis accompanied by anxiety state with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,60 patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type with anxiety state were enrolled.They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and a experimental group of 30 cases by a random number table.The control group was given basic treatment plan combined with Lidan tablets,and the experimental group was given basic treatment plan combined with Peizhong Lidan Decoction,and the course of treatment for both groups was 2 months.The scores of TCM symptoms,B-ultrasound results of the gallbladder and HAMA scale scores were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained with SPSS17.0 statistical software,and the treatment effects of the two groups were deeply compared and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate between the two groups is90.00% in the experimental group and 80.00% in the control group.The experimental group is better than the control group,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was lower than the score before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the total score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the single symptoms of TCM in the right flank discomfort,abdominal pain and diarrhea,reduced diet,and abdominal distension,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of fatigue,sticky stools and having a sigh,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the treatment of the two groups in terms of mouth bitter;the control group was better than the experimental group in terms of right upper abdominal tenderness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Gallbladder B-ultrasound results: the experimental group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.HAMA scale score: Comparison of the effective rate of HAMA between the two groups,the experimental group is 96.33%,the control group is 76.67%,the experimental group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than the score before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Peizhong Lidan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs,B-ultrasound of the gallbladder and reduce the HAMA scale score in patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type with anxiety state.The clinical effect is definite and it is worthy of clinical application.
