Clinical Observation Of Gallbladder Dampness Decoction In The Treatment Of Hepatobiliary Damp Heat Type Chronic Cholecystitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made "Jinchai Shudan Decoction" in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type and accordingly to provide effective prescriptions for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Method:60cases of patients whose syndrome conformed to chronic cholecystitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type in Chinese traditional medicine were chosen from outpatient Clinic of Gastroenterology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March,2013to March,2014. On the basis of establishing strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria, the60patients were randomly divided into one treatment group of30patients and one control group of the other30patients, the treatment group received the treatment of self-made "Jinchai Shudan Decoction", while the control group was given Shudan capsule in treatment, after4weeks of treatment, the collected and recorded data were analyzed with statistical software to observe the efficacy comparison between two groups.Result:The symptoms of the treatment group and the control group can be significantly improved, but the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%while that of the control group was76.67%, the statistical analysis of P<0.01indicated that the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type.Conclusion:The self-made "Jinchai Shudan Decoction" can significantly improve symptoms of chronic cholecystitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type in clinical treatment, and can also effectively improve the imaging performance of chronic cholecystitis, thus it is worthy of further promotion.
