The Clinical Studies Of Qing Fu Yin On Treating Heat-Dampness Type Eczema

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of Qing Fu Yin treatment of heat-dampness type eczema and of patients with serum levels of T cell subsets of CD4+ T cells,CD8+ Tcells,CD4+/CD8+ level.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided in treatment group and control group,and every 30 an example.Choose 20 cases of healthy subjects as the normal group.The treatment group received Qing Fu Yin and the control group received Ku Shen Capsules,continuous treatment for four weeks. To observe the change of two groups of patients with lesions form (erythema, papules, papulovesicles, exudation, crusting), psoriasis area and severity of pruritus after the end of treatment. The recovery patients were understood its recurrence after 1 months of follow-up.To detect the CD4+ T cells,CD8+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ in the serum by Flow Cytometry at the same time, and compared with normal group.Finally, the SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the statistical data.Results:1. The treatment group’s total effective rate was 86.7%, the control group’s total effective rate was 70.0%, compared with P<0.05, the two groups were statistically significant.2.The treatment group in reducing the level of lesions morphology, skin lesions, itching degree of the three aspects of the difference was statistically significant P<0.01,compared with the control group is statistical significance P<0.05.3.The follow-up 1 month after treatment, the treatment group recurrence rate was 10.0%, control group precurrence rate was 37.5%,compared with P<0.05,the two groups were statistically significant.4.Before treatment, the two groups of patients with CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells and the level of CD4+/CD8+ compared with normal group was P<0.05, difference had statistical significance;after treatment,the treatment group compared with the normal group, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ were with normal group no difference P>0.05,and the control treatment group compared with the normal group, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells and CD4+/CD8+ were with normal group had difference P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Qing Fu Yin has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of heat-dampness type eczema patients with lesion morphology, lesion size, severity of pruritus,better than control group and the recurrence rate is low, high security, it is worth further promotion.2.Heat-dampness type eczema patients exist with CD4+ T cells, CD8+T cells, CD4+/CD8+ is abnormal, Qing Fu Yin can regulate heat-dampness type eczema in serum of patients with CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ level.
