External Use F Azurite Day Cream In Treatment Of Acute, Subacute Eczema Clinical Observation

1ObjectiveTo observe the role of Gan Shi Qing Dai Gao (The treatment group) for which is used external in treatment of acute eczema or Sub acute eczema, meanwhile With Zinc oxide ointment (The control group) as control. All these patients belonged to the type of syndrome of deficiency in Qiand toxic dampness differentiated in TCM.2Methods72cases of patients with acute eczema or Sub acute eczema were divided into two groups at random:The treatment group (36cases), The control group (36cases). All patients were treated for14days, and observed at4time spots, namely the treatment beginning, the7th, the14th, the21days, the28days after the beginning. The observed items included the total Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome score, and erythema, papulovesicle, exudation, erosion, and pruritus, meanwhile took pictures of the skin lesion and recorded score.3Results3.1On comprehensive curative effect, there is34.37%cure rate, and93.75%effective rate of the treatment group, meanwhile27.27%cure rate and81.81%effective rate of the control group. On the basis of the statistical theories analysis, the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group has not Statistical difference (P=0.271>0.05)3.2On papulovesicle curative effect, there is87.50%effective rate of the treatment group, and78.78%effective rate of the control group. On the basis of the statistical theories analysis, the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group has not Statistical difference (P=0.338>0.05)3.3On exudation curative effect, there is90.62%effective rate of the treatment group, and75.75%effective rate of the control group. On the basis of the statistical theories analysis, the rate between the treatment group and the control group has Statistical difference (P=0.028<0.05)3.4On erosion curative effect, there is87.50%effective rate of the treatment group, and72.72%effective rate of the control group. On the basis of the statistical theories analysts, the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group has Statistical difference (P=0.033<0.05)4Conclusion4.1On exudation and erosion curative effect, Gan Shi Qing Dai Gao is better than Zinc oxide ointment.4.2Although on comprehensive curative effect, the treatment group and the control group has not Statistical difference, the former has a good trend than the latter.
