| Objective:Comparative analysis influence Xinjiang uygur and han women with breast cancer risk factors of postoperative recurrence and distant metastasis. Methods: The clinical diagnosis of 728 cases of han and uighur â… -â…¢ period can surgery for breast cancer patients with complete clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and affecting the transfer of risk factors for recurrence by single factor and multiple factors Lgistic regression analysis.Results:Uighurs and Han women move within three years after breast cancer recurrence rate of 28.4%,9.8%,respectively; local recurrence of Uighur group of cases (6.5%), the Han nationality group of 9 cases (1.6%); distant metastases Uighur group of 37 cases (21.8%), the Han nationality group 45 cases (8.0%); Uighurs and han women in the tumor size, symptoms and clinical time is similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);pathological type, tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, ER and PR expression situation, whether to accept a regular postoperative adjuvant therapy is â… -â…¢ period can surgery related factors of breast cancer recurrence and distant metastasis (P<0.05);multiariable logistic regression analysis according to the results, the Uighurs and Han patients in the two groups of metastatic breast cancer recurrence compared with significant difference (P<0.01); Pathological type, tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis number prediction of Uygur and Han the postoperation relapse and metastasis of breast cancer risk factors, but ER positive expression, adjuvant radiation and chemotherapy after surgery is the protection factors.Conclusion:Tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis is the number of risk factors for breast cancer recurrence and distant metastases; and positive expression of ER, adjuvant chemotherapy may suppress breast cancer recurrence and distant metastases Uygur relapse rate in patients with metastatic breast cancer Han breast cancer patients. |
